- Hello everyone! Exciting news…my son finally got married last night! It was beautiful, magical and such a special occasion. This mama is tired and exhausted though. What better way to recover than cuddled up in my newly decorated family room on my new Valencia Artisan leather sofa! This space was worn out and tired from lack of attention over the past few years. When I started planning my design, I knew I wanted a transitional style that combined my traditional woodwork and love of vintage pieces with more sleek and modern lines. I determined my color palette from a gorgeous oversized framed landscape canvas that I thrifted from Goodwill for only $39.99. Once that was decided I set out to find the perfect new sofa. After struggling for a long time to find anything I liked I had a company reach out to me for a possible partnership. After checking out Valencia Theater Seating I decided to take a chance on their Artisan Three-Seat Leather Sofa in the color Cognac. I’ve never ordered such a large piece of furniture online and was initially nervous about how it would look and feel once it arrived. Let me say that I am really impressed. It is a very nice quality. The leather feels so soft, and the construction is done right. I’m so glad I took a chance on this sofa and can share it with you in case you are on the hunt for a high-quality leather sofa like I was.

Hello! I'm so glad you're joining me today. This is wedding weekend for us as we celebrate the marriage of my oldest son to my new daughter in-law! I will be sure to share plenty of pictures on my community tab . In the midst of all the planning and festivities I was excited to share this new decorate with me! I called it the family room because it is a really casual space on one half of my husband's office. We watch television and just casually relax in here.
