Have you ever made a fire with a flashlight...I have...give up?
You carefully break the bulb not too damage the filament . You put the bulb back into the socket and lightly cover it with very dry grass or moss then you turn it on and blow till you get smoke then a small flame then transfer it to the fire kindling...it takes a very steady hand to break the glass and not damage the filament but it can be done...CHEERS!
