Thanks for the video! You gave me hope for my car... the parts were discontinued, and now I am looking for options to somehow make custom coolant pipes :)
Why I think it wouldnt be cleaner is the filler neck wouldnt be perfectly centered on the engine, it would be awkwardly to one side. But I get what you mean. Thanks for watching, Mike
Legit Amazon depiction. That Vice Grip mod alone was worth the price of admission ! Dope plumbing man !
Thanks Bubba! Yeah that vice grip idea was like a lightbulb going off in my head! Super happy with how it works! Cheers ✌😎

Just finished plumbing my own car's coolant hoses and this video was really helpful. Thanks for taking the time to make it so thoroughly.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
Great thinking on the vice grip tool you made. Love the Amazon delivery skit. Hilarious!!!

Thanks Blair!
Nice work . Wouldn't it have been easier, cleaner, and cheaper to have just changed the thermostat housing ?.
Easier, yes.
Cleaner, no.
Cheaper? maybe by like 50 cents.
Cooler?.... Not a chance.
@@mikewhone5440 I'm thinking cleaner ... yes ... straight shot but hey , it's your build . Nice work all the same .
