Returned from Benidorm on 2/10, OMG everywhere you went we noticed how clean the streets, bars and waterfront is kept. Everyone was polite and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Beach was lovely, sunshine everyday, day trips available, so much to do. Reporters feel the need to complain about something, to fill the columns, take no notice Anna, keep up the good work 👌
The English newspapers are struggling since new media, including UA-cam videos such as your own are becoming more and more popular. The younger generation do not buy newspapers anymore, and the more senior generations have got to know the only way newspaper groups can survive is by writing outlandish articles to try and trigger people. I have written about this before on your channel Ana, and I do not buy British newspapers or follow them online anymore. They are the absolute gutter press. They should report on cities in the UK such as London, where knife crime and crime in general is totally out of hand, with the streets being a disgusting mess. Ignore them Ana, as most people do these days, and continue reporting as you are, giving interesting news to all your followers. From Oliva, a few kilometres north of you where I am enjoying an Autumn break in the sun.
That reporter is ignorant and clueless. I'll bet he's never even been to either city. Sevilla is one of the most beautiful and wonderful cities in Spain. Sevilla and Benidorm are my favorites....and I am neither vulgar, nor a participant of any type of drunk tourism. Great video, Ana!

I will be honest I had never been to Benidorm before and my partner booked a holiday for us in June after we lost my mum. I was absolutely dreading it as I had heard so many stories for years about the reputation of Benidorm. I can say after visiting I can not imagine going anywhere else on holiday. I loved it so much so clean, the beaches were stunning, lovely people lots to do. An amazing place with so much history!! all I do is talk about coming back!! We are booking after Christmas to come back!!❤
100%. I had never been nor ever intended to go to Benidorm, my wife booked two weeks there and when I was told I was not too pleased. I had just lost my mum, my wife explained that my mum and dad used to go to Benidorm and my dad was coming with us so reluctantly I agreed. I enjoyed the holiday, the people, the places to visit etc. so much we’ve gone back almost every year. That first visit was 2002 and except for this year and pandemic year, we’ve been every year. We just love the place 😎☀️
Any busy holiday resort will have a few people who drink to excess and become unruly. I've been to Benidorm many many times and always had a wonderful holiday. I'll be there again next year.
Hi Ana luckily the British people don't take a great deal of notice of British newspapers and of any people I have encountered who say bad things about Benidorm I ask them if they have been and more often than not its a "no" they have not .Spain preserves its culture far more than we seem to these days and all of the regions I have been to have been beautiful though obviously Benidorm is my favourite ❤ so rest assured this article would not affect our opinion and we look forward to being back in Benidorm in November and thanks for all you do 😊

My thought, newspaper has took a certain zone of Benidorm and stereotyped it to the region. It was our first time back to our Benidorm and yes we noticed changes but to us, majority good changes but a few instances that were “vulgar” but this was mostly by a small group - and yes some uk citizens involved. Won’t stop me me coming!
People who have been keep returning to Benidorm. People who go to Benidorm for the first time always seem to return. People who have a bad opinion of Benidorm before they go ,generally speaking go home after a great time.
My mum and dad went there for over 30years twice a year my mum always used to say its a tonic it has something for all ages its a beautiful place lots to see two wonderful beaches its an entertainment paradise lovely hotels everything you would want in a holiday i would live there if i could i love the Spanish people there customer service is excellent hotels airports restaurants i could go on i haven't been since the pandemic l and my friends we all miss it hope to be back one day you are a beautiful person Ana your videos are wonderful joyx
