20 mins for a coffee is a RIDICULOUS idea !
If I was restricted to a time frame for a coffee, that would be the first and last time I visited that bar. They would never see another Euro from me for beers when I wanted a drink.
Not a fan of time limits. A restaurant near us introduced a time limit for meals, firstly we stopped going as my wife is a very slow eater and we have noticed they are not as busy as before they introduced the time limit.
Its nice to chill out and enjoy a coffee, watch the world go by but I also understand that the people who own the bars need the table to bring in as much money as possible
Time limit of twenty minutes? In Spain? Playing cards all day on a 1 euro spend is a national pastime! Lol!

It is necessary to limit the time of consumption. Most people are selfish and want to enjoy the conversation with friends sat down at the table drinking a coffee or a beer when businessmen have to earn money to pay salaries....It is logical to limit the time of consumption. Human condition is a very serious issue 😊 Twenty minutes for a coffee is enough. If there are not other people waiting for the table standing because there are many tables free, the businessman will understand for sure that you can be longer 😊😊😊 Welcome to Spain. Depends what kind of music is being played. Don't mind most music as long as it isn't loud. But hate rap and songs with swearing in it .. really good info in this video Ana
