      I don't think that would be a problem since material is just material. I don't know how it work in your country, but here in Brazil there's really just one place to get high quality gold so... Everyone knows about it! And that's just don't make any difference in anyone job

      Gold is basically a simple market on which there arent tons of suppliers to jewelers. Diamonds on the other hand are another story. If you have a good supplier in diamonds (no middle man) that could lower the price, whilst holding the sought for quality

    • @MrUtsa24
      @MrUtsa24 4 роки тому +3

      On one of his videos he mentioned where he buys his gold and diamonds. But you can only buy from them if you are a big name jeweler.

    I use to work as a CNC machinist at a very well known jewelry company (hint: T&co). It was impossible to not get gold particles on your work clothing. The security was murder. You could not wear jewelry, bring in food, wear a jacket or hat and had to wear ceramic shoes (no steel toed shoes or components with metal). I felt like I was in a prison. I quit for that reason.

    Here's a thing Bobby my boss Sid Forman had his own laundry machines in our building.Every Friday we would get new overall tops and the dirty ones went in the washing machine.Sid also had special filter screens fitted to our air conditioning machines to trap gold dust from being sucked out out of the workshop floor.One of my bosses was going to throw out a fitted carpet in our customer display room.He sent it to be refined and they extracted 14.000 Rand in gold dust that had built up from us showiing the customer how their job was coming along.Just goes to show you.I remember the gold dust at the bottom of my moms washing machine before Sid started doing our laundry at the workshop.Just goes to show you how it builds up over the years.Sid would then send the drum and emery paper off to Johnson Mathey for refining.
