Hard work pays off.
It's so professional.
Whole reason why I just subscribed to him. Lol it's great
Awesome to get that behind the scenes.
Hi
Alec Steele can you subscribe to my channel please
First video that he’s smiling in his thumbnail 🤣🤣🤣 smile more mate!
mabey he doesnt want to
You sound like one of those guys who tells women to smile more lol
@@MrCTruck exactly
@@MrCTruck Like when they take a picture ? :D
mohammed aleem id be smiling too if I could make money from gold 🤣🤣
Where do you buy your gold and diamonds for the jewelry?
Edit: the only reason I was asking is because i find it hard to find quality material in the UK...
hes not gonna tell you lmao
I don't think that would be a problem since material is just material. I don't know how it work in your country, but here in Brazil there's really just one place to get high quality gold so... Everyone knows about it! And that's just don't make any difference in anyone job
@@mangojuuls here in mexico if you want gold you sent a letter to the central bank o go to central bank store and you get all the gold that you can pay for there is algo small stores but if you wanna get the best and relaiable the national mint its your place to go
Gold is basically a simple market on which there arent tons of suppliers to jewelers. Diamonds on the other hand are another story. If you have a good supplier in diamonds (no middle man) that could lower the price, whilst holding the sought for quality
On one of his videos he mentioned where he buys his gold and diamonds. But you can only buy from them if you are a big name jeweler.
Not even gonna lie I’ve been binge watching his videos and it’s honestly just amazing I find the idea creating something hand made just worth so much more . It’s great I’d like to do something like this one day
This is so wise, waste not, want not!
Thank you Mr White.
I've been watching you since the beginning and i've never seen you smiling, always dry and serious, chill and smile man, much love
I use to work as a CNC machinist at a very well known jewelry company (hint: T&co). It was impossible to not get gold particles on your work clothing. The security was murder. You could not wear jewelry, bring in food, wear a jacket or hat and had to wear ceramic shoes (no steel toed shoes or components with metal). I felt like I was in a prison. I quit for that reason.
What a pointless story. Thanks.
@@dan3458 I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank You sir.
Only just started watching your content and it’s amazing, seeing the processes of making quality jewellery from what I would consider a master maker after watching just 1 video. You just received a sub all the way from New Zealand. Keep up the awesome content and the even more awesome jewellery!

I am curious if the platinum is separated out or if all of the dust is melted together to gold of slightly lower purity. I am so impressed with the artistry and precision!
Can you make a video on what's the core basics of tools and items you would need to start getting into stone setting

Good video. I'm always wondering about this.. How often would u recommend that u brush out your lemmel tray? And would u keep your gold, platinum and white gold lemmel separately Bobbie? Iv wondered about this step or does it matter if it's all mixed up mate?
Una consulta Bobby, cuanto es su porcentaje de merma?

Fascinating! What purpose does the borax serve?
Thank you much! What is that oil that you use on your saw blades and drill bits that you keep in the homemade coin stand?

Your edits are dope, your eyes pierce right through me tho.
Nice job men.
I'd love to know what you would advise for someone just beginning as a hobbyist jewelry maker - the essential tools, beginner projects, and basic skills that would serve a jewelry maker well.
I love youre job 👍🏼
Каждый раз смотрю и восторгаюсь, удачи в дальнейшем, ты крутой 🙂

Great video brother! Between the jewelry and the video production, you're a true master!!! Keep up the great work and feel free to send an ounce of that gold dust my way! Lol
Keep up the great work bro!!!
Here's a thing Bobby my boss Sid Forman had his own laundry machines in our building.Every Friday we would get new overall tops and the dirty ones went in the washing machine.Sid also had special filter screens fitted to our air conditioning machines to trap gold dust from being sucked out out of the workshop floor. One of my bosses was going to throw out a fitted carpet in our customer display room.He sent it to be refined and they extracted 14.000 Rand in gold dust that had built up from us showiing the customer how their job was coming along.Just goes to show you.I remember the gold dust at the bottom of my moms washing machine before Sid started doing our laundry at the workshop.Just goes to show you how it builds up over the years.Sid would then send the drum and emery paper off to Johnson Mathey for refining.
*Stardust* love it man.
Love the videos, I try to do the stuff but I'm 14 so unable to do most of it for lack of materials and tools, what would you make if you didn't have many tools but still wanted to make jewelry?
Awesome video, can you show us what you do with the left over gold dust
I never know where this guy is looking, he’s unpredictable... subscribed
bloooooody brilliant Bro'. always was curious. thank you for all your incredible work on your channel. i 'made' my hubby of 33 years watch how you stunningly handcrafted the 2c diamond ring for a client (the one that was shitty cast made). Beautiful!. "One day" his response.
how do you separate gold from silver & other metal dust? or do you just collect it everytime you change metals?
I like the fact he doesnt smile much .. down to business; theres a mission .. Follow Procedure and attack . Awesome shit 👊🏻
Love the tunes aswell
To much fantastic video 😊😘

Yo bobby , im trying to become a jewelry maker when i get out the navy , what are some things i need to do to get there ?
Seeing as your one of the few "tutorial" like jewelers on YT, can you give us a video on how to start? How you got into the business, and how to become a jeweler in general?
Damn bobby I’m impressed I love the content
