We had the privilege of dinning at La Gaia while on vacation last year. We have been blessed with life that has allowed us to dine at some of the finest restaurants all over the world. It was an unexpected delight to have found what our group unanimously felt was probably one the best restaurants in the world. Having had the privilege of eating at the finest restaurants in France, Italy, and USA, none of us expected to find the best in the world in Ibiza. We would fly back from California to Ibiza, just to dine at La Gaia again. Congratulations to the entire La Gaia staff, every aspect of the dinner was perfection, including the service and the ambiance as well.
