    Loving the content. I feel bad for that FoRS, it seemed like it was abused and not in a good way. The Fiestas are coming along pretty nicely.

    Any way you could do a rough cost breakdown for labor on that RS? Like what you would generally charge for a complete build start to finish

      Our new shop that will be open to the public is located in Rosemount, MN. We should be all moved in and open for walk-in's by the end of February. Anyone not local we arrange transport for them to get their cars here. We are taking in new builds almost every week!

    Great video, have you guys ever used a EB 2.0 Twin Scroll blocks for any builds? Seems like a closed block as well and would allow an easy swap of a Mustang 2.3 head.

    • @AdamBrunson
      @AdamBrunson  3 роки тому +1

      That’s what is in the video, and they are semi/closed deck. We were the first to use them and first to use ST blocks.

      @@AdamBrunson That’s awesome, seems a lot easier to use the twin scroll block than modifying a single scroll 2.0 to fit a twin scroll head.

    What cold air would you recommend? On an s280 setup with a single port?

      Crossover pipe and ITG - we sell both shoot me an email tuning@adamtuned.com

    • @f150lightningboy
      @f150lightningboy 3 роки тому

      No such thing as Cold air intake with the system being open in the engine bay....all your doing is introducing Hot engine bay air into the system. No significant gains either....you'd be better off buying a panel filter or even using the stock air filter and keeping the stock box.

    • @AdamBrunson
      @AdamBrunson  3 роки тому +1

      @@f150lightningboy Incorrect. Using the stock airbox with an upgraded turbo, depending on how much Air it can flow, will choke up the turbo quite a bit and the boost will drop off of top. If you have too soft of a inlet coupler on your turbo as well it will actually collapse and Boost will fall completely out. This is why I recommend the ITG, because it gets it furthest away from the engine bay and it actually pulls in cool air from just under the headlight. You know, because of Ford sweet panel gaps.
      When you have an air restriction, the air inlet temperature being somewhat high will still yield more gains. And honestly, if I hear another person tell me that metal intakes heat soak I’m going to punch them. Because the air velocity is so great, that it can’t even absorb the heat from the actual material it’s made out of.

    • @f150lightningboy
      @f150lightningboy 3 роки тому

      But its still open in the engine bay? Correct? And Pulling in engine bay air? It isn't true cold air without an inlet from the exterior of the vehicle with either a intake hose to the outside or uses a Naca duct to bring in actual Colder air from an external source.

    • @AdamBrunson
      @AdamBrunson  3 роки тому

      @@f150lightningboy No, it’s not. Air is blowing directly into the ITG filter, via the opening between the headlight and the bumper itself. You can also add a vent right there on the bumper. Once we get our car back together, I will post it in a video. We are trimming the bumper to allow even more air in there. The negative pressure in the front bumper there, is mostly drawing air from the headlight area, as I mentioned the gap, and all the air from the fender well area. The majority of the heat that is produced by the engine is moving to the back towards the firewall. Especially when the fans are running. You can set up a temperature probe in your fender well if you like, and set up a secondary probe in your engine bay around where the stock airbox sits and you can compare the Delta. The air temperature where the ITG filter sits is going to be significantly less.
