@@Ryusetti yeah, I tried to get a couple friends into this game specifically (IMO the BEST of the Ninja Gaiden games!) and both of them just didn't seem to give a shit about it!.... I'm just like Really....? That's a point off the friendship scale for both of them.
In the 13º chapter there is a Lives of the Thousand Gods that just appear when you are playing in master ninja and mentor difficulties. Just before the stairs at the end of stage. Because you start the game with a smaller life.

It is not a collectable but when you get to Chapter 14 and you encounter the 2 Giant Spider in the ruins of the village you can shoot the 3 targets next to the bridge each one gives you a alot of each orb red blue and yellow in case you are running low.
Oh yeah i know what you mean, it really is a very nice thing to know about because it can be very helpful specially bc of the ninpos! I didn't show it in this video because it has nothing to do with the items really but i did show it in my Ninja Gaiden Sigma guides on Very hard, in that game also works!
Off topic but you can continue your journey for ps3 version on ps now, I know a lot of people aren’t fans of subscription but this seems worth it. By the way, I am happy and thankful to see people posting about Ninja Gaiden contents.
In Chapter 10 on hero mode / acolyte I got Yellow Essence instead of a Life Of A Thousand Gods. So there's one difference. So, I'm guessing on Warrior it's a Life Of A Thousand Gods.
Sorry to respond to you so late, but yeah, depending on the difficulty you are in, some chest have different loot; the only thing that will never change directions or places are the crystal skulls
You're fine man. No worries! But, I can clarify that Warrior and Acolyte are almost the same except for the chest at Chapter 10 it's diff depending on which one you're playing. Everything else just seems the same to me.
Unfortunately I had this problem as well. On Hero Mode, it's an Herb of Spiritual Life for me. Someone else commented that on chapter 13, there might be the switched out LOTTG behind a staircase somewhere. Here's to hoping that fixes it for me!

I would like to but since these are the only ninja gaiden that have been released for PC i really dont have a way to play the old ninja gaiden black or ninja gaiden 2, only the sigma versions :/
@@Ryusetti I don't even know what the difference is with those games. Also, why does it take so long to Blacksmith in this game?? The old fart never wants to let me, maybe once a chapter, if that. & it seems like I can't upgrade anything to level 3 until all my weapons have reached level 2, and I keep getting new weapons, sometimes multiple per chapter! It's really annoying.
I missed 1 life of the gods, will I still be able to get max health? Forums says that if yo missed one you'd be able to buy it from Muramasa but he doesn't seem to sell one. I'm playing on mentor.
I think UA-cam just added Chapters to the video automaticly today.. As soon as I can I will change them to the actual correct Timestamps; in the video is every single Item tho, it's just the timestamps in the chapters that are incorrect, Thank you for letting me know!

@Kc Ryan No I just found it on my run on Master Ninja too that's only because I open every chest I see and that has contributed to most of my deaths(damn fish) lol.
@Kc Ryan IGN guide, really? Come on man it's not exactly the most trustworthy source. I made this comment just after I picked it up on my playthrough of Sigma II of the Master Collection. @@Ryusetti oh, good! & thank God. lol. Cuz I missed a Life of the Gods in chapter 6. The one where it's outside somewhere when you're going up the statue of liberty. By then I'm so tired of playing in the water & looking around, I'm just like f*** it & go up, thinking there's nothing around. To be fair, I think chapter 6 is one of the longest, most boring, & most loot filled (but largely spread out loot) chapters. I hate that chapter. Reminds me of Ninja Gaiden 1. The water dragon at the end is cool, but not worth it. That fight is also very restrictive (as are your item limits) & u pretty much have to use the Flail on him & his ghost fish. I am happy that this game doesn't judge your run times, though! Getting "Lesser Ninja" all the time, when I kick ass in fights, just cuz I don't know everything & beat a chapter in 4 minutes, & the overly cryptic paths & chests(a few I missed) really made me never wanna play the 1st Ninja Gaiden again! 😅
sigh, I already beat the game, it won't show up in mission challenge which means I have to go through and re beat the rest of the game again!!! It's awesome but I wanted to maybe beat razor's edge before Alien fireteam came out
