This is the biggest and best Temu haul I’ve had. Plenty gift ideas from Temu for early holiday shopping. I have arthritis all throughout my back, bulging discs between S1 to L5, foramenal narrowing which pinches a little bit of my nerves that are down the center of my spine and a tiny lipoma close to another part of nerves on my spine.
I have thrown up my back, probably a total of three times and I have consistent back pain daily but it’s not so bad that I can’t move. if I do super extraneous work, it leads to more back pain than normal. Now what I’ve been told is to use heat on my back because it helps to loosen the muscles which tense up. The reason for that is because you’re adjusting how you normally move to help protect the pain you’re feeling.
What I have in my arsenal are several variations of back braces of which you can purchase on Temu! One that is super helpful is a back brace that heats up and vibrates! What a back brace will do is also help to correct your posture. I have ones that are a little thinner to fit under clothing, more discreetly, and some that are more of a harder shell type. That will basically only fit over clothing but offers you the most support!
Another thing to try when you’re laying down on your back is to prop your legs up a little bit with a pillow under your knees or if you are a sleeper, put a pillow in between your legs. I hope you find this information helpful. These are things that have been recommended to me by my spinal doctor.
I actually actually took a screenshot of your comment and I’m going to be researching and looking for that brace on Temu as well as use your advice. My goodness girl you’ve been through so much with your back. I have a week back and I threw it out a few times but now that I’m in my 50s and my vitamin D is deficient. I find that it is more susceptible. I’m also working out and I thought that would help but who would’ve known anyway thank you so much, honey. I really do appreciate all the advice!

Love your haul as always. On those candles you can get those replacement batteries on TEMU. They are cheaper on timu than anywhere I found them.

Yes, I actually do have Russian nesting dolls from Russia that I purchased. When I adopted my son. He used to play with them all the time when he was a little boy.
I don’t know what wheat straw is but I love it. However, my husband had spaghetti in a bowl and didn’t rinse the bowl, and it sat in the sink overnight and the sauce stained the bowl so be warned. I don’t know if multiple washes will fade it I’ve only washed it twice so just a warning. Hi from Canada 🇨🇦 where I am we are having a heat wave yesterday if was 96F but low humidity
I completely agree with you. I have black wheat straw bowls and I can’t tell if they are staining but with the lighter colored ones absolutely they are! But perhaps you’re right with a few more washing I can get the sauce stains out.
