    You forgot to mention that during sprint planning the team must agree on the definition of "Done"

    • @Nicky_A
      @Nicky_A  10 місяців тому

      I did not forget. During Planning and backlog refinement, the team should agree that the story meets the definition of ready, the team should know what the definition of done criterias are so once the story is done, they cross-check to make sure it meets the done criteria. The team should have a working agreement session when they are forming for everyone to agree on the definitions.

    Thank you so much Nicole for this video. Do you have coaching sessions for new scrum masters? I am currently interviewing (going well) but nothing wrong with coaching from another expert like you. By the way I just subscribed because of this video.

    • @Nicky_A
      @Nicky_A  8 місяців тому

      thats current and I run my standup for 15 min. Remember we have the scrum guide but it's really what works best for your team. I schedule standup for 30 min 15 min for standup and 15 min for parking lot time..

      hi Vera, sprint planning is really understanding what your team should focus on and help them with capacity planning so they only accept work for the capacity they have. Also make sure all stories meet INVEST.
