Honestly, this is the best Scrum Master educational content that I have come across. You don't have all the fancy editing or anything, but you sit there and go through all of the things to consider and provide a step-by-step playbook at how to go about doing your job. None of your advice is some vague mindset thing, everything is applicable and to the point. Thank you so much for helping the Scrum Masters on the come-up! 🙏

Hi Nicky, I want to aplaud for doing a great job 👏 in your presentation on the various topics.
I have watched all your videos which I believe helped me a lot in a recent interview.
It is a 5 step interview and I have gone through 2 successfully.
The third one comes up next week and it is a presentation on running a retrospective for team with new members who are reluctant to participate.
Are there any ideas other than the ones you have provided in this video?

Great content Nicole. Your videos have helped me so much in my recent interviews. I have been moved to the 3rd step.
I would have to present a retro for a team with new team members who are reluctant in participating in retros.
Any ideas of techniques you have used in addressing such situations apart from what you have already mentioned on this video?

I have been researching how to do a Retrospective meeting for two days. If I had come across this video at the start, it would have taken me exactly 11 minutes and 28 seconds. Best video on the topic and has everything you need.

    Please I have some questions?
How many mins do you spend on the icebreaker technique?
Can you setup your retro activity before the meeting or during the meeting?
