Hello, sir. If I use SmartPLS 4, how can I get the SSO and SSE (In the v3 it is in the Blind Report....Construct Crossvalidated Redundancy) but in the 4 version I can not find it....
I'm not sure. Blindfolding has been integrated into the algorithms directly in v4, and it is no longer available separately. I'd recommend emailing SmartPLS support to see what they say. They will probably create an FAQ ticket for this, as many have already asked about it.
In your model, over on the right side in the tool panel, there is a set of tools for text appearance. You can change the size as well as the style there. I don't think you can change the font type though (as of writing this reply)

my outer loadings is under 0,7 huhuhu, how can i solve this problem? even after i dump the unvalid data , it still show low value
Under .7 is fine if it is significant and the AVE is still above 0.500.

It is not available as an independent calculation. It is just wrapped into other procedures.
When will it be released to the general public for purchase?

It was only available to a few of us for beta testing and video making. It will be released as a public customer version in a couple of weeks.
