Sir i have 2 idv formative 2nd order construct and 1 dv reflective higher order construct. So how to check effect of gender age and work experience on it can i just add it to check when iam checking r2 value and not use control variable at any other stage?

Keep them separate and assess them separately.
@researchwithfawad thank you for your response, unfortunately they both measure the same variable differently, so I can't do that.

Yes you can add it directly to your structural model.
