For the spicy food hack, you can also drink some sort of carbonated drink. eg. soda, fizzy lemonade, exc.
these were actually new to me and I watch hacks all the time. also when you eat spicy food, eat some banana and it will take away the burning sensation.

Well... for me and my sister water always helps us when we ate something that's too spicy. Water sure distributes the spicy taste in the mouth - that's true - but it also dilutes the taste. Of course you have to drink much water to wash out your mouth and also be aware that if you haven't swallowed it yet it might still burn in your throat even with water so just spit it out. To spit it out actually can be a life saver if you ate sth that's like life threatening spicy

I did the mango life hack and I loved it I always do this now with mangos
if you do the nail polish remover too often it turns yellow so I recommend just do it as minimum as possible
