The fist time I watched this I know I held my breath and got emotional without understanding a word! It’s that special.
the song talks about a men that has cheated, lied and betrayed on her so she says: "el perdón te lo da dios pero yo no" that means "god may forgive you but not me".
With her expressions she transfers so to speak, the emotions of the lyrics. She conveys the pain of his actions and her rightful decision not to forgive him. Let God grant it to him but she won’t. I felt it all in my soul with her voice and her acting. Mind blowing!

When she looks at the camera, she is actualy looking at her ex partner who is dying and begging her for forgiveness . She denies and tells him that she will not forgive him, it will be God. At the end, you can see how the image gets darker and shrinks (represents his eyes closing). Finaly you can hear the heart getting slower until the last flat line (when he dies obvously).
