Choose your thoughts -We worry about air pollution and water pollution but we do not think about mind pollution 2. Any change I want to make in my life starts in my mind 3. I can change how I feel by changing how I think -If you're feeling angry is because you're thinking angry thoughts. You can't change the feeling but you have to change the thoughts 4. Every behavior is based on a belief -If acting scared you believe the things are scary. 5. Anytime I sin, I am believing the lie -I am being tempted to believe the lie and ignore question the truth. - Ask yourself, what is the lie here? 6. An unseen war is going on in and for my Mind -The devil has them all out War for your mind 7. To win the battle inside my mind I must have GODs spirit and His WORD inside me - inside your mind you'll have Rebel thoughts. For example, When you pray your mind starts to wander. - we capture every thought and make it obedient to Christ -holy spirit inside you brings life and peace -learn and obey my word, you will be my disciple, then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free" 8. My goal is to learn to think like Jesus - Jesus is the model for happy thinking holistic thinking healthy thinking - key is Repent . Repent means to change your mind. 9. Rethinking my life to think like Jesus thinks: Repent. -Change your mind from bad thoughts to good thoughts. From Darkness to light. Hell to heaven. Purposeless life to a purposeful life. Stress to peace. Change my mind about God, about myself, about what matters in life, about death etc.

God is so good! I had the worst experience in my life today, it's all my fault. But God still protected me and show the way to escape from this evil act. Second life though! I'm sorry for all the things I've done wrong, thank you for the love! I love you Jesus!!!!
Feel like I should reach out to you. I started drinking again this past month I have been going down a rabbit hole of self destruction. The only thing that's helped is turning towards God, reading the Bible and thinking spiritually and aiming towards God in every thought and feeling and action. Any of those that aren't godly, I turn them around back towards God. Yesterday, I went to an AA meeting and feel so much better. Now I need to continue to reach out and help myself.

I am only on the 14-minute mark of this video but I can already imagine thousands of depressed people tuning out. What a hard message for people who have tried so hard for so long to feel normal. People who have tried so hard to help people understand to no avail. God can and does take chronic severe depression away. He absolutely did do it for me after 30 some odd years of trying in my own strength "to chin up", "think positive", and "to pull myself together" (ad nauseam). Why hasn't he done it for you? I don't know. Why did he let me suffer for so long? I don't know. Maybe he knew that the harder I suffered the more I would love him when the depression finally lifted, or maybe so there would be someone around who "understood". Can changing your thoughts cure depression? I don't think so. Not completely. Not permanently. It's too hard for someone in such a dark place to do on their own. Is this message total BS? Of course not. All things are possible with God. The more I turn my thoughts toward God the more He is able to fill me with His peace and light. My advice? Hold on to hope. Keep listening.
Many are depressed due to demonic oppression and dont realize it. We are looking for solutions in medicines and positive thinking when in fact we are to do spiritual warfare and resist it in Jesus Name

But when I'm down in the pit I can't think of nothing else but begging God to take me home. One time I went 2 yrs w/o symptoms. I thought I was well. But it came back.

1. Your thoughts control your life and you control your thoughts
- control your mind. Choose your thoughts
-We worry about air pollution and water pollution but we do not think about mind pollution
2. Any change I want to make in my life starts in my mind
3. I can change how I feel by changing how I think
-If you're feeling angry is because you're thinking angry thoughts. You can't change the feeling but you have to change the thoughts
4. Every behavior is based on a belief
-If acting scared you believe the things are scary.
5. Anytime I sin, I am believing the lie
-I am being tempted to believe the lie and ignore question the truth.
- Ask yourself, what is the lie here?
6. An unseen war is going on in and for my Mind
-The devil has them all out War for your mind
7. To win the battle inside my mind I must have GODs spirit and His WORD inside me
- inside your mind you'll have Rebel thoughts. For example, When you pray your mind starts to wander.
- we capture every thought and make it obedient to Christ
-holy spirit inside you brings life and peace
-learn and obey my word, you will be my disciple, then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free"
8. My goal is to learn to think like Jesus
- Jesus is the model for happy thinking holistic thinking healthy thinking
- key is Repent . Repent means to change your mind.
9. Rethinking my life to think like Jesus thinks: Repent.
-Change your mind from bad thoughts to good thoughts. From Darkness to light. Hell to heaven. Purposeless life to a purposeful life. Stress to peace. Change my mind about God, about myself, about what matters in life, about death etc.

Feel like I should reach out to you. I started drinking again this past month I have been going down a rabbit hole of self destruction. The only thing that's helped is turning towards God, reading the Bible and thinking spiritually and aiming towards God in every thought and feeling and action. Any of those that aren't godly, I turn them around back towards God. Yesterday, I went to an AA meeting and feel so much better. Now I need to continue to reach out and help myself.

I am only on the 14-minute mark of this video but I can already imagine thousands of depressed people tuning out. What a hard message for people who have tried so hard for so long to feel normal. People who have tried so hard to help people understand to no avail. God can and does take chronic severe depression away. He absolutely did do it for me after 30 some odd years of trying in my own strength "to chin up", "think positive", and "to pull myself together" (ad nauseam). Why hasn't he done it for you? I don't know. Why did he let me suffer for so long? I don't know. Maybe he knew that the harder I suffered the more I would love him when the depression finally lifted, or maybe so there would be someone around who "understood". Can changing your thoughts cure depression? I don't think so. Not completely. Not permanently. It's too hard for someone in such a dark place to do on their own. Is this message total BS? Of course not. All things are possible with God. The more I turn my thoughts toward God the more He is able to fill me with His peace and light. My advice? Hold on to hope. Keep listening.

But when I'm down in the pit I can't think of nothing else but begging God to take me home. One time I went 2 yrs w/o symptoms. I thought I was well. But it came back.
