4 weeks ago I was a bitter alcoholic who thought Christianity was silly and illogical. Today I know Jesus is my Savior and my new desire (from the Holy Spirit) is to become Christ-like.
My ex husband is coming back next week after he left us 2 years ago. Glad that I heard this sermon. I want to look like Christ. I already feel relief knowing that I already forgave him. I wanted him to save his life. I never stopped praying for him! God is real!

We all have mutt minds. One half is purebred golden retriever, that means having, purity, love, compassion, wisdom, graciousness, good hope etc. We also have part purebred pit-bull, we have lockjaw anger, wrongful lust, foolish actions of sin, no hope, lies, self glory etc.
What I have learned and shown is, we can be trained to sit, with patience and trust, regardless of our failures. It can be done with the grace of Christ.
I try to surrender each day and each time my mind is being bombarded with doubt, sin, worry, anger, shame, judgement, sorrow and the list goes on. But the word of Christ has opened my eyes to see with new lenses on my glasses.

how to forgive someone who hurts us? do we have to act like nothing happened? can i say forgive but i don't want to have any kind of contact with them anymore? how?
Forgiveness is in your heart. You can release someone from the pain or anger inside and turn those feelings over to God and never see them again. Then there are those who later in life faced, served, and saved thier abuser. If you will forgive someone then you are freeing yourself from the chains of what was done. You must pray to find what God wants you to do. If you're abused then you must get away and find help. Whatever you do, it must be done now. Protect your heart and know that you and your life matters much more than you even know.

I understand that He said it numerous times without saying it EXACTLY (in John, when He says, "Before Abraham was, I am," being one of my favorite examples) but I believe He never made such an overt claim, precisely because it would be inarguable and there needs to be a little grey area for faith to exist. EVERYONE! I listened to this and thought I heard him say at some point that wilful disobedience, alessia repent, is an unforgivable sin that will d*** me to h***. That will take away my salvation. They my salvation. And they gave 2 verses to backco op that I did not write down. Please can someone weigh-in on this period I am in the hospital with the condition that could be life threatening.
