@@StreetRodAZ i dont have bike unfortunately and this is my dream bike. But i watched your videos and those helped me very much to get to know. But if i get bike i will drive safe and thank you for your advices. ♥️♥️
Love everything about Brogue, god knows I’ve spent enough of my money there to prove it, but IMO Gilles tools does a better XSR700 gauge relocation...one of the best things about it, aside from a full view of the speedo from the riding position, is the complete unobstructed access to put the key in the ignition. Aside from that the bike is looking great, I also have the two brothers exhaust and am very happy with the looks and performance. Ride safe!
I have to disagree on the Gilles... If I was in a full tuck, yeah, might be better viewing. But it's completely out of my peripheral vision when I'm just sitting up riding. Really want a Brogue to replace it and get the speedo up in my natural line of sight. It's a mod the previous owner put on the bike, and honestly the only one that I'm not absolutely thrilled about, so it's going to get yanked before any other mods.
Hi Street Rod! Love your XSR 700 videos, thanks very much for doing them :) I have a question on the Brogue Gauge Relocation kit. It looks as though the access to the ignition key is impaired by the new bracket. Can you tell me how you found it please, did it cause you any issues getting the key in and out?
@Pete McNulty Actually the relo bracket makes it easier to get to the ignition, not harder. Now that I have a front fairing, it would probably be extremely difficult to get to the ignition if I didn't have the Brogue kit installed. Definitely do it.
this bike is awesome, but in my opinion the best mod any owner can do to it is replace the entire front with wide inverted bars... then he could sing, "I know the pieces fit" 😉
I completely agree. The R6 fork swap on these is awesome. Currently not in my budget, but definitely something on my wish list. Thx for watching brother. Ride safe.
@@StreetRodAZ For regular riding it works fine I guess and just with the covers and gaiters it looks good. I can't explay why yamaha made the 155 and the 900 in that way and not the 700, which has the best engine for the street. Anyway, enjoy it dude.
As 19 years old. You are man of my life, helper, leader and everything about help that asked for thank you so much👍♥️♥️♥️
Thanks for those kind words. Glad the videos are helpful. Ride safe

Oh... thanks for supporting the channel brother. Ride safe.
Do you think it is worth it to get the complete kit or just the relocation bracket? Thanks for sharing the video, looks awesome.
I like the look of the full kit. That milled aluminum cover is pretty sweet. Keeps bugs and the weather out too. :)

Would you say it's worth the price? I like the idea, but it's expensive for what it is
Look into the Gilles Tools xsr700 speedo relocation, IMO better position than brogue...maybe slightly cheaper??
IMO, yes. the billet aluminum back plate is worth the money.
