I bet that jar she used is not sealed all the way. The pressure seal does not work unless you get it precisely centered on the jar. If it is not precisely centered, the inside of the lid will catch on the pressure seal, so when a customer opens the jar, the pressure seal is partially ripped off making it appear as if someone tampered with your product. It is better to use no pressure sensitive seal unless you can apply it with a machine. I would not recommend this product.
