its so heart breaking to hear but im happy like seriously literally happy u are doing great and uve found urself again after almost losing urself to mental health issues. what u did is ... really strong like not giving up and slowly getting ur hold back on life is not easy. what ppl say really gets to our brain and the realization that we are somtimes the villian despite knowning whats right and wrong its so hard to get over the fact that we can be shit. god bless u , khush raho
