i am in the same situation. First learn left front tire warning and then the tires could not be learned :(

I found the solution.
You need to buy a "sensor programmer" built specifically for Ford cars.
It's called EL-50449 (EL-50448 works as well) , it's cheap and you can buy it online.
As soon as the car starts "learning mode" you need to approach this device on each tyre from front left tyre to back left tyre (clockwise) thus the car recognize each sensor.

when the horn said beep/beep the display said "tyres not trained" So it doesnot work.

Most probably a faulty or unconfigured TPMS wheel sensor.
