Slytherin isn’t a bad house, we just have a bad reputation. So many great wizards/witches came from this house, for example: snape, slughorn, andromeda tonks, albus Severus Potter, Regulus Black, and Merlin!

Contrary to popular belief, I think Slytherin is an interesting and unique house. To face any hardship, you need determination, bravery, even resourcefulness and cunning. And a certain disregard of the rules can help you quite a bit.
(I'm a Ravenclaw and please don't judge me. It's an opinion.)
As a rule-abiding Ravenclaw, I 100% agree with the "disregard of the rules can help" bit. I personally would _never,_ because I'm a follower by nature, but that doesn't mean I'll stop others from disregarding the rules if they wish to do so, especially if it means they'll get to be more comfortable and/or help others by doing so.
Slytherins are a great house, although I don't agree with their slightly manipulative ways in some cases, everything else is practically perfect and a recipe for honest and rewarding success.
