Babe as Grandma would say you got " too many responsibilities" while your husband be driving the truck across country. Simplicity is the name of the game. He needs a job driving leaves in the morning and back at home in the evening,or better yet a local job paying good money with his experience. My dad was a long distance truck driver when I was a young kid. My dad did long distance driving until my little sister was born. I can still remember my mom waking me up and telling me to listen for my sister and that she was taking my dad to his tractor. He continued to haul long distance until just before my sister turned 1, then he started taking runs out of the port to their destination, just locally until he retired. My grandpa was also a long distance hauler until he retired. I greatly miss my dad and my grandpa. Truck drivers are such hard workers I give them and their families so much credit, it is a tough job. Stay strong and God bless your family.
