Double negative is incorrect and that’s absolutely true. However, it’s worth mentioning that double negative is used informally in spoken English especially whilst using Ain’t. Ex „Ain’t no sunshine” or „We don’t need no education” 😃

Where is the subject in these two senteces? After of we have object. Latin per cent means of 100. So the subject should be Numeral but Numerals, as well as adjectives, used as atribute. So. Where is the subject?

Please, don't say "russian speakers"! Slavic speakers. Using the first variant you offend people in a lot of countries. And russian language is not the core language among these languages (if we can say so).
Yep, all Slaviс speakers except Bulgarian (and possibly Macedonian). Bulgarian, unlike other Slavic languages, has a definite article, although as a postfix attached to nouns.

if you want to learn american English, there are thousands of channels where you can learn it. you can complement it.
You can use word "yet" as the FIRST word.
Ex one king says "My people won't be prisoners!" and one mage replies "Yet prisoners they are, good king".
