Love the video showing all the different types of Cannas. I purchased mine years ago. Planted them between my bushes and just let them be. I can't remember the type I purchased. When it's clean up time before winter, they get cut back. When spring starts, they come back every year with more leaves and flowers. They are very tall and deep orange. I've started picking seeds since last year. I've tried germinating in boiling water til you hear a crack and even scarified them, big mistake! They would not germinate. While I'm watching your video, I'm trying to see what type I have. The petals are skinny, but they look pretty when in bloom.
Hi @maicoldominguez5771 . Thanks for the comment. We've been collecting them for years and are always looking for more. :-) Thanks for watching! Jackie and Dan
Hi @lindaingersoll8726 . Thanks for reaching out to us. We've tried that method in the past and never had much luck with it. We've found that scoring the seeds works bets for us. Thanks for watching! Jackie & Dan

Have you dropped seeds in boiling water and remove after you hear a crackle instead of filing and scoring?
