I just did this on one of my 3 cells, next time I’m not gonna be as scared and take my time getting all the gas out. I wrapped the baterie in electrical tape and it has charged and discharged perfectly. Thanks man for the video

I flew a cheap drone with a swallen battery that was working fine. Battery cought on fire at 120 meters, drone fell like a dead pigeon, totally damaged. Would it have still exploded if had done your procedure before this flight? Are batteries that have gone thru this procedure safe for flying drones?

No ,when you discharge your battery that time you can do ,or if your battery new than not needed for few months,because Lipo main problem is that ,after some time using this automatic swelling .but during do this process highly take care if you punch Lipo inside cell that time cases of fire
First charge once for 20minutes ,Then after check ,if all cell power near to 3v then no problem ,but if anyone cell not recover this voltage then problems in cell, or not disposed because if 2cell working then make 2s battery (7v).
Please open outer cover , or check wire ,any one wire desolder or remove so , disconnect this cell wire ,if you join it again then it ready for work check this 😅

You do this no any problem but after some time used it's automatic Puffer , because main lipo battery disadvantages is Puffer after some time charging or discharge
First disconnect all series wire or check it recover voltage or not , after once charge for only 1 minutes or check any cell recover or not if any cell recover then charge for long time.
Multimeter me voltage dikhata hai all cell ka ? Vo dekho generally 3.6-4.2V hona chahiye . Ager koi cell me 0.0 aata hai to uske koi wire damage / desolder ho gaya hoga dekhlo .😅

During used genrate gas in side cell , so remove gas then after used otherwise battery cover full with exotic gas or blast
You can't use it to your drone again after that.... Drone take much amperage.... But battery can't give that much ampere after repair
