Last year I couldn't even do 1 pushup after 1 year of practice now i can do 22 pushup in a row thanks guys for this achievement

Currently doing the full journey plan on the Califam app, and loving it! However I am having some pain in my elbows, any advice on how to avoid that? You guys are very inspiring to my calisthenics journey! ✌️
Hi Grace! Nice to hear that you love the Full Journey plan! Focus on good form with all exercises to avoid elbow pain and don't always go to failure!
Get a TENZ unit for use at home. It works wonders! Very inexpensive therapy. 💪

If my goal in calisthenics is build muscle and strength .....
Should i train in ( set & reps ) style or ( circuit - rounds ) like video?
We recommend doing both. That is what we do and therefore what we preach! Sets & Reps is best for building strength, circuit is best for muscle endurance. Both are good for hypertrophy (muscle growth)

what if the pull up is to easy?
Sir, I am a beginner in calisthenics workout. I have been working out in gym since one year.
My forarms are very weak and wrists are very small. Please suggest or make videos about how to increase the forearm strength so that we can improve for advanced exercises. Strong forearms and wrists are essential for calisthenics I guess so. Please help. 🙏
Bit late but I suggest rice bucket workouts. Seems to work for many peoples for adding some wrist/hand/forearm size and durability (these can be done every day because of the small forearm muscle)

I really love your app calisthenics family but I just wish that "the full journey" wasn't a pro only thing because I don't have money to pay for a subscription but I want to get into hardcore calisthenics
Seems like more of a bicep workout Australian and pulls ups are pretty much the only back workout in this video
