Watching your latest two vids we are back to no captions button again im sure thi's has to be an oversight ,funny really everybody else on UA-cam drennan, matrix, even the edge! all have captions on, and it does help with the enjoyment of you and their content. just thought you should with an ever increasing age of viewer and customer in the fishing game. I'm surprised that your not on board with this very helpful addition to youtube vids 😢
I've tried this method for a few weeks now had the odd fish, I get plenty of enquiries and line bites but not that many on the bank so this weekend I'm going to try using the PI inline method with a 20g weight and about 6" hook link 🤞
As the comment above. Warburtons Toastie. Make sure the best before dat is long, so that the loaf is as fresh as can be. I punch out 3 x 8mm pellets. It's important not to compress them at all. Also a very important tip is, wether you use 2 punched bread pellets or 3, make sure the hair is long. Around 15mm for 3 bread pellets, and 10mm for 2. This is necessary, because the bread swells up quickly, once in the cold water, and if the hair is too short, the bread will come off, so you may be sitting there with no bait on the hook. The longer hair, balanced tackle, and smooth gentle casting, ensuring the bomb does not crash into the water, will allow the bread to stay on for 30 minutes, easily.
All this modern technology does get a little annoying if you ask me, a good rod and reel line (lbs) i mean whats all this jargon when yalking about line? Open ended cage feeder, caster maggot mix, a bit of ground bait, again no jargon needed, always have a few bait changes available, thats it? Tight lines.

Bread always comes off the hair at the cast
Any idea how to get it right?

What’s the reason for such a large reel on a smallish road?
Zac prefer a larger reel, it's personal preference :)
