Hello Rikki, Thanks for taking the time and effort to produce this video, very informative , enjoy your presenting style and you have provided information and advice that I believe I can apply to my fishing, love the look of the Preston rods too, thanks once again.
Just found this. The most comprehensive video on this method I’ve found. Thank you your time and effort. Liked and subscribed. Keep up the good work mate 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Great video mate as always, just start my own channel and definitely picked up few idea's from watching yours over the past couple of years. Keep up the good work.love bomb and bread so rewarding when it works.👍🎣
Hi, excellent explanation of how to use your peg I’ve learnt so much from your videos especially this one Will put it into practice Thank you so much 🎣👌👌👌
Great vid . Very informative and a good plan of attack for anyone fishing a new venue in the winter . Dont know what the guy talking about 186lb carp in 6 hours and less talk more fishing is on about . All venues fish differently and especially if your new to it . Keeping it simple might have worked on the venue he fished but there are many venues in the winter , if you go with no plan of locating the fish , you aint catching much !!! Excellent vid Rikki . Cant wait for the next one !!!
thank you very much mate. i don't take much notice of people like that anyway mate. if he done less trolling and payed more attention to the videos he would of caught 300lb and not a measly 186lb lol
rikki brilliant video mate yet again ,if my fish looked as good as the big one then my french would be bloody flowing .... cheers rikki all the best for this new year ,tight lines mate
thanks mate. Fishing the feeder is slightly different as you are setting a trap and waiting for the fish to come along but in reality you should have a bite within 10 mins if you are going to get on at all
Would like you try your luck down holmer lake In Telford, West mids notorious hard fishing , but reckon you could bag up there! Rikki the tactician! Great vid
@@matchfishingmasterclass1247 brilliant buddy can't wait for them. Bloody hard this time of year pal but we always go back for more. More addictive than anything fishing. Good luck tomorrow go smash em up.
Loved the vid. Definitely going to give this a go. Didn’t quite understand the decision to creep outwards though. Surely creeping back means you find the fish sooner? Is there any benefit to creeping out rather than creeping in?
Not related to this video Rikki, but i watched a video of you fishing bloodworm and joker about a week ago and can't find it now. You put a glove on for mixing GB and thank the venue for letting you use b&j. Can you point me in the right direction?
I'll wait and watch the new one then👍 pressures on for upping the quality. Fishing it for the first time in a match this weekend, going to copy your method of adding casters for late on.
I always worry that my bread will come off when I cast and the I’ll be sitting waiting for a bite with no bread on. Is this the best way to fish with bread?
Match Fishing Masterclass so wanted to say thanks for the advice. Tried out exactly what you said yesterday and caught my biggest ever carp. Still learning the game but was so chuffed with the advice and the fish I caught. Thanks again
Like the thinking on how you fish the lead, I always saw it as a bit of a chuck and wait method. You really do need to change that rod rest for a different style, picking the line up on it twice is no good
@@matchfishingmasterclass1247 Thank you, really enjoyed the video and still learning, will try this out next time, also thank you for freezing your ass off to help us. (subscribed)
great video rikki and what a lump earned my sub, but if your going to start speaking french you have to do it with a ALLO ALLO accent...all the best scott
More fishing less talking had 186LB of carp in 6 hours on bread last week never messed around like this your making it more complicated than it is keep it simple i say ALIEN
@Little Green Soldier I don't take much notice of people like that anyway mate. If he payed more attention in the vids instead of trolling he would of had 300lb instead of a measly 186lb lol

What a great informative video and very well presented. I certainly won't be sitting on my feeder for 20/30 minutes in future lol
thanks mate. Fishing the feeder is slightly different as you are setting a trap and waiting for the fish to come along but in reality you should have a bite within 10 mins if you are going to get on at all
New subscriber here rikki.your vids are spot on mate.great topics and information .keep em coming! tight lines🎣
thanks for subscribing mate im glad you are enjoying the content
A real eye opener for me .Thanks
fantastic video
I use those pole bung cut-offs for making pellet bombs up with as well as punching out 8-10mm bread and meat.

I mate sorry about that but I deleted it as I felt the quality of the video was poor and I am going to re-do the feature.
I'll wait and watch the new one then👍 pressures on for upping the quality.

Bit late watching, but really good Vid, keep them coming
What watch (model) You use on this movie ?
Nice vid, thx to You i buy Supera SL 10ft :)
its an Omega Seamaster. You won't be dissapointed with that rod mate they are very good.
I always worry that my bread will come off when I cast and the I’ll be sitting waiting for a bite with no bread on. Is this the best way to fish with bread?
If you use a quick stop your bread will stay on fine mate. I fined this is the best way to fish with Bread for carp yes.
Match Fishing Masterclass thanks for the reply, I’ve been threading it onto a hair rig and using a bait stop. Is that the best way?
@@bobbyswann3753 use a quickstop as that will hold it on the best

Why has it gone in a keepnet? What is the point?
Another great video Rikki 👍👍👍some good tips on working the swim, where are you fishing on this video?
thanks mate. Bonehill mill in tamworth
@@matchfishingmasterclass1247 Thank you, I wasn't sure if it was The Riddings in Grendon 👍👍👍
Is this a clear water tactic only
Reg Jenkinson no mate not atall. It does work well in clear water but it will still work in coloured water aswell.
Quality vid
why don't you use groundbait?=

thanks mate. yes i have to agree with you i wasn't happy with how the line was getting caught on the rest.
6:08 so 18lb line ? got to be a mistake.
Enjoyed the vid
👍
No mate, 8lb line. thank you im glad you liked it
Do you always fish approx 12" hook length regardless of depth?
My local lake is around 10 feet deep.
not always mate but a 12 inch hooklength has caught me more fish over the years than anything else when the peg is deeper than 4ft.

thanks mate. Hahaha i love abit of french, tight lines Scott.
nice car rikki but would be better in blue, and when you fish bread put some damson jam on it you will catch more fish.
lol im sure you can guess what colour my last car was CRABS
I will and will pass on you channel tight lines mate 👍
i appreciate that mate thank you. tight lines
Excellent ideas to put to work, thank you.
Does this work in 12ft deep water as well?
Sorry but that awful music driving me mad......
i do what the cat did i crept in crapped and crept out.
you are bonkers mate lol
If this guy knows any secrets he should keep them to himself
