Do people believe that? The guy is super athletic but this is overdoing I can believe that he workouts then swim for couple of hours because it is his profession, maybe he takes some brake then again but back to the gym? Lifting weights ? He should be taking something that help him recover super quick, swimming for hours is a very hard workout,he could have the size of a bodybuilder doing all that, not athletic enough no more and he’s in shape and super athletic ,if a normal person needs to eat 3 times a day,4-5 a powerlifter, natural bodybuilder or soccer player lets say to stay in shape,Cristiano Ronaldo for example eats many times for metabolism what he does is he’s working out post training so workout twice and not everyday you can’t lift hard weights and have a game next day, post game to you need to recover,
so the swimmer If he works out in total of 4-5 hours doing 4 workouts that’s only averaging 1 or less hour of workout thats not a lot in a period of 8-9 hours, when he’s eating?1 time a day or 2 ? He comes out the pool and start eating immediately 😂?
Only if he takes something I haven’t tried and he doesn’t need recovery or eat that much and gain muscle too ….
Don’t believe what you see online young keeps
