I never read the comics but i know about Malcolm Thawne. Giving the story a cw twist, I think this is Eddie's twin separated at birth

@@DirectorOfTheMultiverse well it has been confusing because in that episode Reverse Flash returns he says that he wanted to be the Flash but the Speed Force told him that he has to be the enemy and then later he says that he trying to help people then Barry upstaged him
So where has he been this entire time? Another timeline? Another Earth? And what the hell was that lightning at the end?
He was in the future. All this time after he died the wormhole that picked him up and sent him to another universe really just sent him to the future, with false memories and a past he can't remember. These consequences of him being reborn are barely being shown now, because he can attack anywhere in the timeline. His powers are insane, and Barry is probably going to struggle with him. If Eddie can bring himself back from the dead, he can bring back others. Or other villans to be exact.
@@robertoalaniz3740 Must be how the evil speedsters come back, but Zolomon was an enforcer of the Speed Force. They better have a DAMN good reason for getting him back.
@suryasingh9738 Well he only comes out when speedsters mess with time so maybe he comes out and tries to attack Eddie and gets turned to the negative speed force instead? Or he could just be pulled out of the timeline since Eddie can just travel to any time he wants.

Ronnie died
And his death in the singularity caused death storm to appear 7 years later
Now the negative speed force is using Eddie to exact revenge
The singularity pulled Eddie in and flung him to the car future
34 years in the future because it happened in 2015

No. He is the new avatar of the Negative Speed Force. He is becoming Cobalt Blue. Nora and Meena both were part of The Negative Speed Force and none of them became The "New Reverse Flash" They were just users of the Negative Speed Force and so is Eddie. He ain't gonna become "The new Reverse Flash". He's gonna become Cobalt Blue as an avatar of the Negative Speed Force.

Actually this scene does not make sense since eddie was absorbed into the singularity. Malcom was not going to find anything by default. But still why is there a grave,for Ronnie was not the case:)

how would malcolm know there wasn’t a body? they said the report was redacted and only team flash knows. they clearly buried an empty grave for eddie as they didn’t find his body, and now malcom has the proof he needs that he is eddie thawne

Did they forget that Eddie's body was swollen by the singularity in the S1 ending?
