Armored Truck Employee Fired After Being Robbed

- A Colorado Brinks truck driver was fired following a robbery last month in Greenwood Village. Sabrina Gimeno, a mother of three, returned to her Brinks truck on Oct. 30, pushing a cart loaded with money she had picked up at a bank. After opening the vehicle's rear door, three armed, masked men jumped out of an SUV and forced her to her knees, telling her to put her hands in the air. As one gunmen kept his weapon aimed at her head, the other two helped themselves to over $100,000 in cash. #InsideEdition

Jane Wick 😂
Brinks: “You’re safe and our money is gone?”
Her: “Yes I needed to be alive for my children.”
Brinks: “No you should’ve been dead trying to save our money.”
Her: “And then you’d still be losing that money after they’ve executed me”
Brinks: “Exactly. Either way, you’re dead to us. You’re fired.”
It’s messed up but she low key failed her one job even let them take her gun why would they keep her ppl see her working again ppl like the robbers just see her as a easy target
@@williamfalla3771 they seen her as an easy target cause she a small, single female. If she had a partner they might’ve thought twice.
😂
This is basically what they’re saying... honestly.
@Sparky Marky wait you’re not John Wick like all of use here? Smh pathetic... you’re fired
I have never EVER heard of an armored truck only having one employee. Crazy
Agreed usually there’s at least two people and a police escort.
& it be 2 people in the back
A few years ago, Brinks, to maximize profits laid off almostv1/2 their workers ( mostly guards), then retrained the remaining ones to both drive and guard the truck.
Timbrock1000 Damn that’s messed up!!
Sometimes they do
Only one person handling that amount of money is like a neon sign saying easy money
Happy for those guys
When I see these brinks trucks around I always see 3 guards. 🤷♂️
I always see 3 guys to. 1 driver , one inside the trucks door and then one delivery guy going into the business.
MoeFlaco not always just when they visit the high end clients
Especially in GTA V
Depends on the area. Downtown La will have 2, 3 maybe 4 officers but some city in denver?? Maybe 2
There is ALWAYS 3 or more tbh
Soooo basically she got fired because she couldn’t stop *3 GUYS* all with guns

DON'T EVER RISK YOUR LIFE FOR A COMPANY, THE COMPANY CEO CAN DELIVER THE MONEY AND LETS SEE HOW HE REACTS ALONE
It’s literally the job description. You literally carry a weapon and ride in an armored vehicle with the sole purpose of defending that money. Job failed regardless.
@@bricklayerlzdp9825 There is also supposed to be two guards, not one. This would be the companies fault for not following protocol.
@@Kindlyredrum She shouldn’t have left the facility without one, I’ve worked there before. Shouldn’t have stepped foot into that truck without someone else. And if any manager had a problem with that she could have talked to corporate about management wanting to break protocol. It’s clear she may not have known the protocol her self or sometimes people get too lax with the rules.
@@bricklayerlzdp9825
The other worker was running late and she insisted she go on her own and not wait for him.
Her ex boyfriend was arrested last month for this robbery and she fled the country.

@@bricklayerlzdp9825 In the modern day, the real purpose of armored trucks and armed guards is to DETER theft. That is why the money is able to be insured- because the insurance company knows that with all the precautions, theft will be a rare occurrence.
I suspect that she broke other protocols unrelated to actually opening fire on the robbers. Like, parking in the wrong place and not securing the money properly. There is no way that the job description says you have to give your life up fighting three robbers. You just made that up.
Can't they just track the serial code of the money and see where it goes
I just wanna know what was the protocol, and how did she violated it?
