(what I mean by this is if you send people to any given city to the richest part of the city with a camera you will be able to come back with a videos worth of footage sowing well dressed people, no matter aht city you are in. In rural place people is very well dressed, I would say people give more attention on how they dress in rural place than in the city…( I’ m Italian I live in Rome and when I go back to my parents ( they live where Prosecco wine is made, so a rural place) I’m always more concerned about outfit than when I’m I’m the city)
Ironically in rural places or smaller town you will find people dressed only with known brands or fast fashion, because they usually don't have vintage shops or alternative clothing shops. That's sad, fast fashion is ruining the idea of style worldwide.

I live in Venice and agree, won’t see these outfits outside big city centers in general. Maybe during fashion week but it’s concentrated and the rest of outfits are basic for the most part.
