• Ingredients
(size: 6(W)x2.7(L)x2.5(H) inch)
[ FOR THE CAKE ]
□ 90g Unsalted butter
□ 95g Granulated sugar
□ 90g Eggs
□ 3g Vanilla extract
□ 5g Lemon juice
□ 1g Salt
□ 140g Cake flour
□ 2.5g Baking powder
□ 20g Milk
□ 85~95g Blueberries
□ Cake flour, for coating
[ FOR THE GLAZE ]
□ 90g Powdered sugar
□ 15-17g Lemon juice(Add more lemon juice as necessary to make a thick but pourable glaze)
□ Blueberries, for decorating

• Before you start
- Take your butter, eggs, and milk out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before using.
- Grease a pan with butter or line with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 355°F.
