Welcome back to the channel, today I will be excavating a pond with the help of our Liebherr 736.
Both equiped with trimble earthworks we will continue to team up to excavate massive pond & swale on one of our earthworks projects.

Looking at the GPS screen and the grade level metre , what does i5 mean when it turns orange and does change level?

Hi Jordan sorry for the late reply, when working near buildings & trees sometimes the GPS will struggle to pick up signal. Thats all the orange on the screen is telling me.

How old is your 220 and any issues with it

Hello mate, it’s a 2021 with 5000hrs. It’s only ever let me down once with a bust hydraulic hose. Anything else has been minor and would just get rectified on its normal service schedule. Incredible machine 💪

Hi, as a new excavator operator… how do i know in what angle i need to excavate, and how deep? I’m looking at you how you work and I’m just thinking that I don’t know absolutely nothing.😳 great job btw 💯

Hi there, the engineer will look after the lines and levels on site and relay them to you. Wether that be using baton & board, laser or GPS which is what we are using in the video.
One thing I did when I started on sites was to watch the other operators, you can pick so much up just by watching decent operators working the machine doing different types of work on site👌
