@nickypooYT no it's legit. I only just started the Arkham series recently and that happened on my first playthrough.
It does blow up and if you sequence break (get in the gate without talking to the guards), you get alternate dialogue that starts the timer anyway.

@@bydlakbolszewik847 After checking you're right. It's weird because the series usually gives a game over even if what happens when you succeed isn't really a success anyway, like Dr Young dying just after you save her.

Going through this channel i have come to the conclusion that this guy is criminally underrated. The editing is superb and really fits the video style, the commentary is smooth, natural and most importantly funny

Just got the series myself exactly 3 weeks ago. It brought back a lot of good memories from my childhood, the graphics are so good for that year. They don't make those games like they used to. Truly a classic. Now i can drink a beer at night and give people brain damage on this game.

7:45 pretty sure it's been like 9 years canonically. According to the wiki Origins was Bruce's 2nd year and Asylum is his 11th as Batman. We know by Arkham Knight that Bruce is 38 years old (a readable data entry has Alfred saying it's been 30 years since the Waynes died) and that Gordon was already an officer because he met Bruce that night. If we assume Gordon was at some point in his 20s when they died and Origins takes place when Bruce is 26 (12 years before Knight) then Gordon would be a minimum of 38 years old in Origins (and that's if he was an officer at 20), which means by the time Asylum takes place he's around 60.
Man this game was the first game I played when I got my PS3 and still to this day the only PS3 game I ever platinumed.
Edit: just got to the end of the video, would love to see some Ultimate Spiderman! That game was a blast!

Arkham Asylum the remastered version looks so cleaned up and is a game I want to play it's great with some bonus challenges In that another thing Joker is funny .
I liked Return to Arkham too, but I thought they did a better job in the arkham city remaster. Both games would look amazing remastered on pc if it had launched on it

Why not get your hands on the original Lego Batman games. It not only lets you play 3 main storys across sevral levels as Bat and friends.
But you can also play the same stories as the villans.
I already have LEGO Batman 1,2, and 3. If enough people are down for a lego video it could get done fs
