Ok so I was NOT expecting that to be filled with so much awesome! lol Seriously I just clicked on this because I am a long time fan of the Last Dragon as most of us are but wasn't expecting all the great insights, the on the spot nunchakus and dancing from Johny(hes still got IT)Taimaks story of Shonuff tryin to piss him off to get him in character,Ernie Reyes Jr. getting choked up about his pops..man this was 40 minutes of Last Dragon Winning! They better include all of these dudes in the new movie and do it right! Thanks for posting this!
Que recuerdos de mi infancia. Gracias!
RIP Denise "Vanity" Matthews, Julius J. Carry, and Leo O'Brien aka Laura Charles, Sho'Nuff and Richie Green.
It’s sad that most of the cast passed but I’m glad they still came together to do this 💯
Vanity was still alive in 2014
This movie will forever be apart of my soul. I have shared it with my children and each time we watch I'm sent back in time and the experience is magical. The Glow plays constantly in my mind and is inspiring, motivating and nostalgic.
Yes same with me and I’m 49yr old and live in Australia 🇦🇺
Bring Taimak back too the Big Screen, He's Beautiful inside and out just like Vanity, will always be LJ
Sho Nuff passed away from cancer. Wish he could have been at this reunion.
Yeah, if only they had this reunion expo in 2005.
Vanity passed as well. I believe the guy that played Taimak’s younger brother passed too
Wow...great seeing them all together again! One of the greatest movies to me-still!
Goodness!!! Taimak is still beautiful!!!! *swoon*
Johnny now looks like Leroy's teacher in the movie.
Had it on VHS and my brothers and i watched it about 2 dozen times or more and i just watched it again and i STILL love it.
VHS ! They are antiques now .
This martial arts movie was one of the best martial arts movie of all time. Awesome music and great memories from the film
I loved this interaction so much! Last Dragon forever!
You got it Johnny!!
Even though so many great talents have passed on from this movie I still would love to see a sequel. Especially with these three guys. The Last Dragon is my absolute favorite martial arts film of all time.
why do this video have 2 dislikes i mean come on man these are legendary actors here man show some respect i love these guys
Um no, they are not legendary in any way. None of them have really done anything of note since the last dragon. I loved the movie but they are in no way legendary.
Necrowolf81
Yes it is Legendary because there hasn't been another movie quite like The Last Dragon where Blacks Asians and all colors play their roles in a very ironic way. Tell me another movie like this, TELL ME???? Yeah I thought so, this shit is legendary and people should show more fucking respect to films like this. There isn't even a fucking bluray or a special features on the dvd with commentary track because people like you think it's just another movie.
@@samuraiyao FACTS!!! 💯💯💯
Some People just actually choose to hate because of the lack of love they have recieved in their life.
Thank you for uploading this! I still love this movie and the soundtrack! Taimak is still gorgeous...😍 Rest in peace Julius, Leo and Vanity. ❤
good natured bunch of guys. They look like they had fun making that movie and it showed. Still have good memories watching it as a kid.
Everyone seemed down to earth and easy to talk too, I liked this so much 40 minutes wasn't enough, God bless them all, one of my favorite movies growing up, now my children love too
Amen letoya 😁
You can't remake a Classic ! ...nuff said
...Sho Nuff said!
Well yes remakes and reboots are stupid but I would love to see Last Dragon 2
It’s working with cobra Kai, this could be great if did right
Man Busta Rhymes Would Make A Awsome Sho Nuff...👊👊👊👊👊👊
One of my favorites. Great movie. Bruce LeRoy is the master!
still my fav movie ever seen. fav part was when he finally realized he was already a master. just needed to acknowledge it and realize that the only thing that was holding him back was himself.
Taimak is so fine!!! Oh my gawd!!!
I think the last dragon Is the best movie ever made.
Durrell Blackmon its in my top 3 of all time. They just put it on Netflix too
That one and Big Trouble in Little China.
facts
You may be on to something!! 💯💯💯
RIP Vanity... :(
I LOVE that WHOLE CAST!!!!! They all seem to have such beautiful spirits!!!! Wish I could have been there to meet them in person!!!
Taimak is still FIONE! I loved Vanity and wished I was her to be with him!
Some say i look like him so at least u might have a chance with me
I wish I was HIM to be with her
You look like you became as beautiful as Vanity, at least!!!!

love this reunion panel discussion panel, to one of the best martial arts movies of all time the last dragon, huge fan of this film taimak ernie and glen all legends nice guys answering the questions fun to watch this, when i was a little kid watching this film i wore the fuck out of the video tape lol, cause i used to rent out of the video store every week, i owned that tape. huge huge fan. shame sho nuff is not alive anymore love that bad guy rest in peace man.
This is my favorite movie growing up.
I introduced my daughter to the Last Dragon. She now 11 and loves the movie.
OMG.. Taimak does still look the same. Damn! :) I saw the original movie at the theater. I was in High School. I have The Last Dragon vinyl album bought at that time also. :)
The art of fighting without knowing how to fight.
These guys are great for sharing their time & thoughts with the fans...It brings back good memories like many others...I was 9 yrs. old when I watched this movie. I will definitely show my future kid or kids this classic movie for sure. " Who's the Master?" ALL of them for making this classic!! God bless them for that.
🙏🏿💯
My favorite scenes:
1. The intro - The music. The silhouette of Leroy doing martial arts moves. Seeing this for the first time, I knew it was going to be a good movie.
2. At the end, when Leroy is getting his butt kicked. He thought he won, then *"LEROY"..* As Sho Nuff is laying down a beating, the theme from the beginning of the movie plays again. Until the final moment when Leroy realizes he's the master, that's when we hear the rest of the theme. _"You are the last dragon..."_ . Bringing it full circle.
One of my all-time favorite movies.
Movie is so UnderRated. Awesome stuff
I saw it in the movies when I was a kid! we used to joke "who's the master?" in our Shogun voice.i was ten or eleven.lmao
This movie still resonates with me even now. when I was kid I used to watch this practically all the time, not just on cable, but they'd show it quite a lot on WPIX 11, cuz I grew up in New Jersey, and that channel was the ultimate when it came to showing all kinds of awesome films. I just recently bought the 30th anniversary edition and watched it with my wife and its still just as awesome. I knew that Julius Clary had passed away some time ago, but had no idea that the guy that played Ritchie also died. I'm also surprised that they didn't try to do more films of this type with Taimak cuz he certainly has got the look and the action chops, which is more than can be said for the crap being done nowadays.
in case you didn't know Laura Charles just died too.
Yup.
Sad...
Great people. All 3 of em. Still charismatic. Owe them for enlightening my childhood.
Best movie ever made.
Ernie got me choked up! I loved this interview! Love these guys!
Love From New Zealand..Loved the Movie, Love this interview, the questions and the answers - I had to listen to the whole thing couldn't stop watching....:) I watched the movie in NZ back in the 1980's... and finally recently found the DVD....yay..have my own copy now.
Jamie Warrior same here. My cousin and I were 8 and 10 years of age. We would rent the same video every weekend. My uncle would say "didn't both of you rent that dam movie last weekend"? this went on for about 5 weekends back to back 😂😂😂
Such a great panel! Thank you for sharing! One of my all time favorite films! :)
Taimak still looks good, and also so does Ernie Reyes Jr I think I watched almost every think he played in

I love Glen Eaton!
love the last dragon movie, I have the cd album, the lp record album, the original vcd release and the dvd release, in fact I'm gunna watch it tomorrow, great film
Watched it in 1984 growing up in new Zealand that and the warriors the 2 coolest films in my youth brought a lot of joy
Great interview guys! Thanks for filming and posting this! Great Footage.
Hey...ma man...what it look like!?!
just found a 'mistake' (if you can call it that) in the movie. during leroy's fight with the guys outside the limousine -- when he's fighting the guy with the knife -- a cop drives right by. then again, it was new york in the 80s. maybe that's what would have actually happened lol!
The right in the right was adorable lil fighter. My favourite song was Alfie's "Star" & Debarages "Rhythm of the night".
Now when I say who's the master?, you say "SHO-N-U-F-F"!!! classic, simply classic.
Love the tree actors i grow uo see the mivies love martial arts
I wish there was The Last Dragon arcade.
I just introduced my two kids to this movie...
And they LOVED IT!!!!!! Naturally.
People who don't like this movie, I don't think are happy people :-)
I was hoping they'd talk about some scenes that didn't make the final cut.
All 3 of these guys look great. But, Taimak...wtf?! Dude looks awesome.
It really was ahead of it's time
my best movie of all times. i wish they made another 1 a part 2
I still Love this Movie!💙👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻2016
Fan for life/May God continue to BLESS you more,as you as your Bruce Leroy role has made many generations smile to your BLESSING's shalom brother Shalom.
Damn.i wish Vanity could be there. They must have been crazy over her looks!
I had a crush on Glen Eaton.
Funny .
I STILL LOVE THIS FUCKING MOVIE!! Awesome to see these 3 together after all this time.., even though it was a few years ago.., would have been a full line up if SHO-NUFF was there........., BOOM!!
This movie is epic. I've seen it so many times.
Gotta got the glow!
Like a true dragon
I want Taimak to play Adam in a Streets of Rage movie
Hmm interesting. I always thought Michael Jai White would make a good Adam.
They're really making s
Streets of Rage movie? If, it's sarcasm forgive me but that was my favorite game when I was young. And always wanted them to make a movie of the game.
+Carl Washington No, I don't think there making a SoR movie. I think it was just wishful thinking, but on the hand like you SoR was my favorite SEGA game, and I'm pretty shocked a studio hasn't made a movie out of it yet.
TheComeUp18 yeah, they really should because it would do numbers at the box office if they do it right.
Thanks, so sad a lot of them has passed😔😔😔
Bruce Leroy Green a.k.a The Last Dragon has Good Genes...I'm 48 and look like Homer Simpson..
Que grandes!! Gracias!
I wish that they would remake this Movie With Marlon waynes as showgun
Nah Busta Rhymes Is The Shogan...
R.I.P vanity and Sho nuff I loved the last Dragon only 10 thought it was awsome 1985 b boy day and all that good memories ...
Laura Charles said it was nice to meet me. She said it was to meet…. aww yeah.
Johnny is so old, OMG, but its cool to see him again.
Best part! When music started! Rock on!
Awesome! Love it!
it's crazy how Ernie was a little kid when he was in the movie with these guys, and now he is a grown man right along with them
I absoulutely!!! loved this.
I was waiting throughout the 80s and beyond for these 3 guys to get starring roles in future action films, though excited to see Reyes in Ninja Turtles, but had they been caucasians no doubt this film would've been an even greater spring board toward further action films.... but perhaps this was our "Black Panther" of the 80s exploitive yet showcasing great so called minority talent
Taimak was the first black martial arts star in the 80's. In the 70's you got Jim Kelly RIP and Ron Van Clief who did the fight choreography for the film.
Wow this is amazing top movies, top ppl loving it :)
We miss show nuff...Rip
This movie means so much the my generation and i am 81 born indivudual and my passion has been bruce lee for my entire life and this picture light that spark whitin me
Sho nuff was 6' 7" ?! Wow..And I wonder why Tiamak never did another film.
