@@mariaasher9880 the food was good. They have local food at pepe's and the buffet is better than the restaurants weird enough. They have an app. RIU app it shows all the times the bars and restaurants open. I believe that's also available on RIU's website. Hope this helps.
How was the crowd at this resort? I like adults only but I hear that the folks here are on the older side; we’re hoping to be around mostly folks in their 20s to 30s
It's adults only. I mean we interacted with a lot of people in the 20s and 30s range in the pools and partys that took shots and had a good time with us. Not super crowded. There's also another riu about a block away that you have access to. That's the kne with all the kids. So you really are getting an adult only resort here. I would recommend.
Awesome! Would be my pleasure to help. That's the one thing we were worried about. The food quality. Legit it was good. The buffet lowkey is great ha. The restaurants are really lenient on dress. I've seen a few in with bathing suits but for the most part just wear clothes and you'll be fine. Most try to look nice for the restaurants but not super required. The only bummer we encountered was the pool closes at 7. They be on that. There's a small side pool that stays open til 8. Location is top notch tho. Walking distance to coco bongo and all the clubs.
No cap Royalton Chic is my favorite hotel I've ever been too ha. This one had more activity and was a little closer to the clubs walk wise as well. Can't go wrong either way. But Royalton is my #1 choice.
Thanks for your nice review!
Thanks for the great experience
Thank you for this review!! Do you recall what time their bars closed? Also, how would you rate the food?
