Your ideas are perfect.. but it's not so well mixed.. guitar is so dirty/too much distortion.. almost as if you're using a dirty Big Muff.. try something more "Marshall".. and put all those background ambient sound in front of it.. give it more volume.. and the most important: put a western drums on it.. (like Myrath).. now you're done :)
