Make A Metal Bender | Simple Homemade Roller Bender Without Welding | DIY

Hello Everyone!
Today I show you how to make a metal bender. This one is a roller bender type metal bending machine. This homemade roller bender is very simple to make. This diy metal bending machine is completely made without welding. This homemade metal bender has 3 rollers for bending the metals. I used 35mm diameter shaft as the rollers for bending the metals. I also used 5 ton hydraulic jack in this homemade metal bender. This homemade metal bending machine is very small and compact in size. The construction of this metal bender is very strong and rigid. Metals of high thickness can be very easily bend by using this diy homemade metal bender. Rings can also be very easily bend by using this homemade ring roller machine. This diy metal bender is a manual powered metal bender. This homemade metal bender works very good and this metal bender is very powerful. I hope you will enjoy this making of metal bender.

Well, you inspired me. I want a roller bender to make hoops for steel wheels, even a cheap tool is expensive. I’m going to weld one together based on yours, using pillow blocks. I’m using a 3/4” threaded rod for my tensioner. Ordered all steel and parts already, total cost about $130 (plus my labor). Thanks for the cool idea 👍👍
