Gaslighting, high patient to nurse ratio, lowest paying in STL. Training isnt free, payback if you quit for some positions like ICU via fellowship contract. You have to pay for their branded scrubs with their Mercy logo. Toxic ICU culture and management. High turnover. They have to use international nurses bc the rest of us know not to work there. Constantly low staff. I left a few years ago, heard from coworkers that it is still the same.
