- HAMMER JWD Mesin Paku Bumi Pemancangan Sheet Pile Beton Proyek Normalisasi Kali di Kendal PT Sarana Pondasi. Pekerjaan ini menggunakan Crane Sumitomo RM 78RS dan Link Belt LS78. Sheet pile Beton di peruntukan Proteksi Tebing /Tanggul pada sungai agar mengurangi Longsor Yang Mengakibatkan Banjir pada saat Meluap.

I was just thinking the same thing..lol i remember spraying starter fluid in as it was just starting up. My ears right next to the hammer. Have to sleep with a fan to drown out the ringing now.
@@micjam1986 yes nothing like a Detroit Diesel to get a guy's head ringing. I'm yet to find any form of cure for tinnitus.
Under normal circumstances my tinnitus is like something in the order of a seven or eight as far as me being able to cope with it. When I got vaccinated I really thought I messed up for about 2 weeks there it went through the roof but it came back down over a period of about two weeks. Scared the living hell out of me for a while there.
@@accelwell7018 i know what you mean.. if i focus on it i can get a little paniced... white noise takes it away. I also know my high blood pressure is up when my ears are ringing worse. My 2nd vaccine shot close my left ear 100% for 2 days. It was worse then also. Cheer!
Cara kerja si mesin adalah : pertama kalian semua melihat blok itu naik turun kenapa ??? Karena blok itu lah tenaga dari si paku bumi tersebut...dan bagai mana bisa naik turun..di karenakan blok biasa nya menahan kompresi atau lonjakan yang di berikan piston 2 menit sebelum kembali ke titik awal dan blok biasa nya di konci dengan baut panjang.....nah kalo ini tidak...sesaat head dan blok keluar jalur injektor bensin membasahi sekujur bagian piston sesaat blok 1 menit ingin kembali ke TMB.titik mati bawah busi mulai menyalakan bunga api nya dan saat blok dan head masuk ke dalam piston...pada saat itu terjadi nya pembakaran yang di hasil kan busi...dan pada ahir nya pembakaran itu di jadi kan lonjakan ya tertahan oleh kubah blok dan head maka dengan kompresi besar dapat menendang blok dan head tersebut dan kinerja tadi di ulang ulang terus menerus (terima kasih)....😊

Dulu aku kira alat ini komplex sekali, ada gaya dorong yg lewat melalui tiang berdiri, dan akhirnya menggerakkan palu kebawah, setelahnya baru tahu ternyata se simple itu, hebat siapapun perancangnya 👍

Jenis hammer segini dulu selalu dipakai di Malaysia.sekarang tidak lagi,guna hydraulic hammer dah.Punya satu power pack digantung di belakang counterweight kren untuk menghidupi hammer secara otomatis.Tekan satu butang set laju dan pelanya sahaja.
Kalo jauh sama lingkungan pake hammer begini gak masalah.

I would assume that either the static piston or the movable cylinder leading edges would be slightly tapered to some degree,in order for the piston rings to easily locate and mate with the cylinder edge and then perform the nessary seal to build up the nesssary compression. What is the compression ratio of this beast?

Yeah, me too. I guess there's a conical section at the bottom of that part, so it self centers and doesn't smash the segments.. Still, where is the oil/diesel tank, and what about lubrication? Is it made by diesel /oil itself?
Compression ratio is likely just "however much the top half (head?) travels before the diesel ignites. Looks like injection is triggered by that bent arm

Yeah, make us "go green" so these countries can do this... Why wouldn't you use steam? You can literally make steam from the engine on the rig that carries this pile driver...
So, it takes a lot of fuel to boil water, and it gets much worse when you superheat it to get working pressures to achieve the same effect, hence why cars are driven by petrol and diesel.
In short it would take an dangerous, expensive and heavy plant to generate power at, at least 5 times the fuel cost used to do a similar job.
Each bang is about half a teaspoon of fuel b.t.w.
You're not going to make the amount of steam you need to run a pile driving Hammer off of an engine. Typically pneumatic powered hammers are used with an axillary diesel powered air compressor.
I used to see some diesel-powered hammers used here in the United States, but not much lately. Mostly all pneumatic hammers, hydraulic hammers on smaller jobs
Pretty stupid comment really, what are "these" countries doing exactly? The amount of pollution this hammer is creating is insignificant, by population the US is the number 1 polluting country. And how exactly will the engine on the crawler create enough steam to power this hammer? Oh I know, put a much more massive engine in it and then run it as hard as possible to try convert the energy in the fuel to heat by burning massive amounts of it as quickly as possible, right?
