- This was an awesome cook that put a new marinade on my Steak Radar! The Bear and Burton's W Sauce produced a fantastic and flavorful New York Strip Steak. This was my first time using it as the primary seasoning on a steak, and I was more than impressed. Thanks for watching. Let me know if you have any questions. Smoke on!!!

Thanks! It tasted better than it looked.
Thanks for watching!
So glad you did this one. I have been seeing this stuff on several different channels. Been curious enough to almost order some as I cant find it locally. Keep up the great work!
It’s some count. $10 a bottle at Academy
@@TheAmericanSmoke unfortunately we don’t have Academy in our part of the country. Ace has our best selection of BBQ goodies
@@sakostwwy1903what about scheels?... I get it at my local Scheels

Hi Zack, I love your videos, mate - helped me do my first cook, a Brisket that came out awesome!! What steps would you recommend for a Leg of Lamb (about 2.5 kg) with the bone in it (or do you have a video on it)? They are cheap as chips over here in Australia at the moment! Thanks!!!
There are several things you can do with it. I don’t have a video I. Leg of lamb yet. Low and slow like a pork butt or smoke to 145 or so and put a sear on it.
I’ll see about getting some. Not as easy to find in the southern states.
Smoke on!!!
@@TheAmericanSmoke Thanks heaps mate!! We have a ton of them here at the moment - a great cut of meat!
@michaelm3066 share your cooks with me in my Facebook group. American Smoke Carnivores. See you in there! Smoke on!!!
Looks good
Thanks Mr.Terry! Smoke on!!!
Ok. Seen this sauce on some other channels. Guess I'm gonna have to pick up a bottle and try it out. Good lookin steaks there brother.
Thank you! Thanks you!
I noticed the W sauce at Academy the other day. It's now high on my list for the next time I go into Academy
That’s where I picked mine up at. Thanks for watching!
Nice one man! Let the haters hate!
Hatin is participatin! 😂 thanks, brother! Smoke on!!!
Tenderizer?
Yes! That’s it! Except you can also use it to get seasoning into the meat
Actually, it’s a jacquard, I saw the answer in the comments….I knew tenderizer wasn’t right, but that’s what my husband said and he’s the one who bought the jacquard, you would think he would remember something he just had to have! Lol. Love your videos!
@lindajeankarabaich175 it acts as a tenderizer though I think? 🤔
Nice.
Comment for algorithm.
Thank you! Smoke on!!!
I like to use Steak and Chop from Lawry's. Ask your butcher for thick Chuck Eye steaks... poor man filet mignon.
Oh yeah! I like the sound of that. Thanks for watching. Smoke on!!!
It’s a jaccard.
Awesome! Sounds like something from Star Trek. 😂
@@TheAmericanSmoke that’s actually the memory cue I used to use for it 🤣
@thegregharris51 Jean-Luc
You ruined a beautiful NY Strip. Never sauce a strip. Definitely NEVER jacquard a strip. You do that with a cheaper tougher cut like skirt steak or chuck.
Ruined is a tuff criticism. That steak was mighty fine.
