She was in the depths of anguish and pain and felt alone with no refuge from her grief, but Christ, the master of all, brought peace back into her life. This song is about so much more than Christ controlling the sea and the weather; it's about Christ bringing peace to the tempest within us. It's about him always being there for us as soon as we invite him back.
You guys must be some sort of real pros. A choir on such a massive scale, with that much unity and perfection, plus the pronouncement isn’t altered a bit! God bless you!

I belonged to the choir that sang this hymn more than 33 years ago. Listening to it now and singing along makes me feel nostalgic.
