Examples: Look at Howie at 02:22. His forehead is completely smooth, without any signs of wrinkles, (compare him to his bandmates), when he speaks his forehead stays completely smooth, which is not a natural occurrence, as the facial expression muscles would normally contract and give off some movement, but they do not.
He is 45 years of age, so to not have a single wrinkle by then, is not natural, no matter ethnicity. I say this, because generally, people with darker skin tones, latinos (as Howie is half latino), africans, asians etc, tend to have lesser wrinkles than caucasians as they age, as the melanin in their skin protects them from skin damage from sun fx, and furthermore wrinkles are also a factor of genetics, as well as one having more underlying fatty tissue as well as thicker skin layers. Furthermore you can see how his eyes are a bit more open and concious, than the eyes would be with someone who hasn´t had botox. That is because the botox from the forehead and around the eyes, would open up the eyes for a more "concentrated" look.
