Hey, I have Genesys cloud account as part of my work, I tried to access the trainings on beyond cx but I get error as " sorry for inconvenience we are not able to load content at this time due to technical difficulties" If I try to access any specific training it says " an active beyond subscription is required" What exactly is the issue..but I have signed through my Genesys account
you should have faded out the background music so the focus is on your Matt and your interaction with Amanda. When you are hearing impair that background music is off putting
