Thanks for all the Gyeon reviews this month, Pan. It is my got-to brand and it never disappoints! Do you have any insight as to why the Glass+ is not available in the United States, from any retailer, and/or when it will become available here?

Hi Pan. I applied Glass+ about 2 months ago and it still gives me decent water beading even after countless washes of my windshield. I didn't think it would last so long which is a good thing. What about your experience? How long did it last on your car?
The issue I find with any sort of 'rain repellent' is it leaves like a coating on your glass, not too bad for your side windows but on your windscreen, a couple of swipes with the wipers and it smears like crazy. I hope this product isn't the same as it looks very promising!
Yea I see that too. I just finished a bottle of Griot’s ceramic glass cleaner and it leaves a hazy film on all the glass. Works well but I wanna try something else now.
@Taylor315 sure, each to there own products but it's such an easy-to-use spray. Spray it, spread out with a towel and after 10 minutes wipe off the remains. Thats literally the only thing you must do to prevent the haze.
Still smears like crazy. Was kinda shocked to see it considering the price, brand name and all the claims they make. Will move to other product and no "rain repellent" this time.
Very intesteing product... In terms of price, I'm probably going to continue using a glass cleaner I can buy in bulk, then go over with whatever protectant I'm using on my paint or a cheaper product such as Bead Maker. Though, if this is the future of cleaning products and it performs well, I'm all for it. The less work/products required, the easier it is for everybody.
am i wrong or the right side, with less beading is better, since the visibility is more ? :D .. i would prefer my rear glass to look like the right side, since i can see more clearly, instead of seeing so many beads
It's the opposite. When you are driving, you get air that pushes water beads quickly off the glass, so that's how you get better clarity and visibility. The unprotected side, water doesn't evacuate as quickly, so visibility is reduced (hence why you need wipers). Believe me, once you try glass protection, you can't go without it. That being said, Glass+ is just a light protectant. As I said in my other comment, that are longer lasting full blown glass coatings that are also available. You could use Glass+ for maintenance after that.
Yes, the glass plus did more beading of the water but in actuality, the other side was easier to see through. Again, it was not a crystal clear vision until you used the leaf blower. Then it dried up faster. I guess that would simulate wind action when driving which could clear the window faster.
When you are driving, the effects of a glass sealant are obvious in rainy conditions. Anyone that has tried a glass sealant or coating knows. You can't go back to living without one once you have it. ;)
Great demo Pan, 2 questions 1, how does it react when using the windshield wipers and fluid? 2, would it be OK to use the carpro glass wiper cloth one side to spread it and turn the same cloth to a fresh side to buff it off?
So I bought this Gyeon Glass Plus. Every time I use it I get a film or haze on the glass. Do you have any tips or tricks I can do to eliminate the film or hazing? Thanks
When you apply it, it's supposed to be hazy until you thoroughly wipe it off, as shown in the video. What kind of prep do you do to the glass before using it? Did you have another glass sealant on there prior to applying this?
Hey Pan, another perfect video with a demonstartion demo. I have heard that also CarPro will release the Clarify 2.0 which will be a competitor to GYEON Glass+. Any thoughts?
It would be even better if they made a washer fluid concentrate like angelwax to maintain it at least a bit.. as usually the place where the wipers are degrades the quickest
Real good product have been using for a few weeks now but you must use the gyeon cloths cos if yo dont it will smear, have used a few different microfibers and found only gyeon cloths work
I definitely have to give it a try! I'm using exclusively GYEON products on my car which is protected by GYEON ceramic coating. Thank a lot for this useful video, Pan 👍🏻

a greasy film remains, no matter what technique I use, also used different microfiber cloths, but the result remains the same, also tried on different cars...
Did you have anything on the windshield or glass prior to using this product? Perhaps you need to wash the car, clay the glass to physically decon it, then use a glass stripping polish like this: amzn.to/3NWso47 That should prep your glass super well. Then try applying the Gyeon Glass+ or any glass sealant of your choice.
rain x leaves a glaze especially when theres fog or high humidity..thats a very important reason why i stay away from products like this..does it create more foggy windows?
@@PanTheOrganizer right, but I guess if you use your regular glass cleaner like Gyeon Glass, then apply Gyeon Ceramic Detailer, you’ve got the exact same result?
How do you think this compares to the soft99 Glaco coatings in terms of performance? This is obviously easier to apply and I would expect it to last much shorter
Love the demonstration! Thank you for that. I just applied gyeon’s syncro, view on the glass and rim on the rims on my car. I’m loving the results. I was looking for something to maintain the glass…found it lol. Can you use it like an every week or two week glass cleaner, not just a maintenance cleaner? Again…awesome review and demonstration
Awesome products Pan and great demonstrations! I have used a lot of Gyeon products and they never disappoint. Thank you for all of your hard work producing videos and creating content!
Hi Pan! Do you notice some streaking going on with the new Gyeon Glass+ if you look at the window under direct light? I've used 3 different types of brand new glass towels, and no matter what I do, I cant remove the ever so slightly hazy / streaky look that this leaves behind. Even following your procedure to buff the haze out on a dry side, that minimizes it substantially, but still there. Can only see it under direct light. Any tips?
Glad I found your comment. I just came online to watch this video again after buying 2 bottles of Gyeon Glass +, and just like you, I can't get the streaking out. I've buffed and buffed. And yes, you have to look at it closely and under direct light. But it's really quite bad. It's almost like an oily film. So I took a clean microfiber towel and just pressed it on the glass, pulled away, and it left the print of the towel weave on the glass. Tomorrow I'm going to try another brand and see if it cleans it up.
@@edsexton9836 I'm having similar problem. Also during the rain wipers would just smudge water like its some oil splattered on the wind screen. So far not really impressed with this product....regular kitchen glass cleaner + newspaper gave me better result that dedicated car glass cleaner and microfibres.
Pan, I had a chat with the distributor of Gyeon products in the Netherlands. They strongly told me not to use Glass+ for the interior glass. So no cleaning windows or windscreen from inside using Glass+. They said use only Prep for that cleaning.

Awesome video. I really love this kinda product. Do you suggest to use it on an already cleaned glass (as in your video)? For maximum performance I mean.
i used Wet Coat, on my glass, and it did a perfect job. so why i should buy Glass+ ? is it marketing strategy? or Glass+ is more e ffective? do you have a comparison video?
WetCoat lasts a bit longer. But both are similar overall. If you want a better glass coating, that is longer lasting and works better on glass, get a glass specific sealant or coating. Gyeon has this one: amzn.to/47Lu2Oc And this is my favourite DIY glass coating: amzn.to/3SQdikC

I do not understand why having no metal in the sprayer is a good thing. Plastics should break and wear faster than metal. Also, when you shook the glass+, product came out onto the window. For me, it would seem that the sprayer is a fail. The glass+ seems to work pretty good though.
Seems like the left side where you applied the product is more hazy when dry, while when you spray the water, beads stay on the glass and make it impossible to see through, am I missing something?
When you are driving, the beads fly off the glass due to hydrophobics and the wind. So that's why you get better visibility as the water evacuates much quicker with a glass sealant. That effect is amplified even more if you go for a full blown glass coating like Gyeon View.
I have to tell you, bottling of Gyeon products is second to none. Very cool. Just a short story. I have several of Gyeon products in 500ml bottles lined up on my portable cart I move around the vehicles while detailing. Lots of times the owners hang around to watch the process and pick up the Gyeon bottles and say "aren't you gonna spray some of this cool stuff on my car?" LOL. Not any of the other stuff on the cart, just the Gyeon. Very professional packaging/bottling by Gyeon. Quick question: I noticed the product you held up was a little cloudy in the bottle. Any hazing while wiping off the glass? Thanks for the cool demo Pan.
Thanks! When applying you will see a light haze until you buff off. It then goes clear. It’s kind if like applying a wax on paint when it hazes indicating it’s time to wipe off.
Recent subscriber to your channel and, Well, youve got me hooked on the detailing bandwagon for sure when im looking at specialist glass cleaners. Ive bought several Gyeon products due to your recommendations. This one sounds fantastic but is apparently not available in the USA. Can you please recommend one that is similar ?
how does this compare to Chemical Guys HydroView if you've tested it. I bought that a few months ago and have used it on the car windows inside and out, house windows, mirrors, pictures, china cabinet, TVs, kitchen appliance displays and my eyeglasses. I'm always open to better stuff. This general type of cleaner/ repellant is awesome. My Hydroview is about empty, I may try a bottle of this if price is similar.
Enjoyed the video. This is another brand that I find myself gravitating towards and of course, your opinion on these reviews goes a long way. As you've mentioned, a bit more on the pricey side and I wonder if the attractive packaging is to blame for that. I think the products speak for themselves, other brands with similar technology are as great but keep the packaging to a minimum and more affordable, perhaps this is the reason?!
There are many factors that influence price. Not just the packaging. Quality of raw materials, expertise of the chemists, location where they are blended (if overseas, shipping them to North America is costly, etc). And of course how much profit a brand wants to make on each products sold. Welcome to my channel. I followed your intro and started using the wet coat, what an awesome product from Gyeon Glass + vs Hydroview Quick view vs Flyby30 Pleaseeeeee 🤩👏🏻 Thx Pan
I would apply a PPF ceramic coating first. Like one of the following ones: Gtechniq Halo coating: bit.ly/31bezuq CarPro Skin coating: amzn.to/3eqgCgZ See my PPF ceramic coating application tutorial here: ua-cam.com/video/7RCgqdGrvrA/v-deo.htmlsi=kWBHnGDIrocX1cLT
I use steel wool then I use Soft99 glass compound. Dry windows then I use Nextzett glass sealant. Ceramic coating level of beading. I always get new wiper refills when I recoat every year.
It depends what country you are from. It’s not available everywhere just yet. Links in the description under the video. If you're in the USA, here: bit.ly/3UpjT4s
Did you actually apply it? Before jumping to conclusions, try it first. If you prep the glass correctly (I would recommend claying the glass) it shouldn't make the wipers judder. I had no such issues.
I have found that on the front windshield, wiper blades seem to remove protection quickly. Has that been your experience? I also like to occasionally use a clay mitt on the windshield when washing. Thanks for the review and information.
If you have a long term glass coating (like Gyeon View, CarPro FlyBy Forte, Soft99 Ultra Glaco, etc), you shouldn't need to use your wipers often, as they hydrophobics are strong enough to evacuate water quickly when driving. It's all about managing your wipers. But yes, like any coating, friction will diminish the lifespan of a coating over time, that abrasion slowly eats away at the coating.
It will be approximately the same overall effect except you save one step with Gyeon as it cleans and protects, and you’ll get a bit better hydrophobics with Gyeon.
I can't seem to find Gyeon Glass Plus anywhere including Gyeon USA, has the product been discontinued perhaps or am I just out of luck due to selling out? (Although it doesn't even come up)
for a good product with good quality and just overall want just the basics to make good work i have detailed professionally in the past for companies but now I am starting myself what can I do
Hey there sorry I copied my question from the last video but it cut off I’m asking about was what are the best basic tools and cleaners I can use that are cheap just to get by starting up my business
It’s not that you “need” to polish the glass. But like paint, the results are better when you polish the glass prior to applying a glass sealant, as you are deep cleaning the glass and its pores (yes glass is porous when viewed under a microscope). So you can just clean the glass, and apply QuickView if you want. But for even better results, you can clean the glass, clay it, polish, IPA wipe and then apply your glass coating.
I wanna ask you if I can use ethyl alcohol instead of isopropyl alcohol in decontamination process before nanoceramic application because I can't find the isopropyl alcohol in egypt where I live
@@PanTheOrganizer hmm that's funny, nowhere does it say it's for exterior glass only. Well, hey, thanks for the info. 👍🏼 I won't be buying this product.
Looks good, i have tried a few of the cheapies like rainx ceramic cleaner. it works for 1 rain but it gets pushed around and ends up turning to crap. I will give this one a try.
After applying Gyeon Quick View followed by Gyeon Glass + as a topper and then traveling a 400 mile road trip encountering NO rain just bug splat how would you safely remove bug splat without removing the rain protection 15:06? TIA, splendid demonstration. Also which brand of wiper blades and a safe washer fluid?
You can use a bug remover, let it dwell a bit (don't work in direct sunlight), then rinse, and wash your car as your normally would, it should come off no problem. You can even use a glass cleaner. For wiper blades, Bosch usually make great ones, or even the stock OEM ones as long as you change them every year or two. For the washer fluid, the best I have ever tested is this: bit.ly/3V1MkWe
No. If you plan on applying a glass sealant or glass coating, don’t apply any protection on the glass before. So you would wash the car, decontaminate the glass with a claybar, the IPA wipe and then apply the coating or sealant like QuickView. Same applies to paint. You wouldn’t apply a quick detailer on the paint before apply a ceramic coating. Coatings need to bond to a virgin surface.

I have at least 50 products used once or twice thanks to Mr. Pan here. Dude at Auto5 doesn't help either. 'Mark, look, it has graphene. ' 'Bag it up!' I'm addicted to shiny bottles. Thankfully, my cabinet has a 1000kg capacity. My car does look really good at 12 years old. After a rain, it stays wet and beaded for three days.
i'm sorry but something is not right here...i'm using the regular Gyeon Q2M Glass for 3 years now on my car and it has awesome water repelant properties....on the highway/motorway rain just beads off above 70km/h ...so much so that i don't have to use my wipers at all...in this demo it seams that Glass has no water repelent features at all....strange
Glass is a pure glass cleaner. Absolutely no hydrophobics in it. So perhaps you have a glass sealant or coating underneath, or windshield washer fluid with repellent additives in it.
Hi I think you need to judge it during the actual wipe. Sometimes due to temperature variation it leaves a smear on wipe. Would be interested to get your view on this. ❤ the video production congratulations
Hi Pan, very interesting video. Definitely going to try the new Gyeon + glass cleaner. I know you have recommended Invisible Glass in the past and I have been using it for a while. I apply using a waffle weave towel. The big issue I have is the wipe off using either the recommended diamond weave towel or by flipping the waffle weave towel……grabby or what!! Can hardly move the towel across the glass without it bunching up in my hand. The wipe off with the new Gyeon cleaner appeared to be very smooth on your video.
Hi- Great videos BTW.. I know you mentioned this can be used on touch screens and black gloss bits inside the car.. assuming this will work on lexan or polycarb specifically motorcycle windscreens and helmet visors ?
This product seems a bit redundant when there are so many ceramic sprays pit there that can provide the same thing while lasting as long or longer. Only thing those sprays don't provide is cleaning ability, but you would have already cleaned the glass before applying anything anyway.
@@PanTheOrganizer ah, I clicked the link and it says not available for sale in US. I suppose that I will go with the stoner stripper/ceramic kit instead. Thanks Pan!
If you're in the USA, get my favourite glass coating here: amzn.to/46JwaVY That kit comes with the glass compound/polish/stripper. Much quicker and easier to apply compared to Stoner, and lasts much longer.
From a previous video of yours I just applied the SOFT99 Glaco glass cleaner and long last rain repellent. The product is advertised to last a year. Will see how long it’s lasts on my vehicle in Georgia USA. Thanks as always.

Ultra Glaco is a competitor to Gyeon View, not QuickView.
Great review of yet another killer Gyeon product! You literally can't go wrong with their line.
Thanks! What's your favourite product in their lineup?
@@PanTheOrganizer Mohs Evo and other variants of their ceramic line. I use them exclusively on my clients' vehicles.
rain x leaves a glaze especially when theres fog or high humidity..thats a very important reason why i stay away from products like this..does it create more foggy windows?
There are plenty of other superior options out there. No professional detailer I've come across would dare recommend using RainX.
Hey Pan, What’s the difference between Glass+ and Gyeon’s Ceramic Detailer spray, since both can be used on glass & provide hydrophobic properties?
The Glass+ is an actual glass cleaner and water repellent 2-in-1. Ceramic Detailer isn’t meant to clean glass. It just adds hydrophobics.
@@PanTheOrganizer right, but I guess if you use your regular glass cleaner like Gyeon Glass, then apply Gyeon Ceramic Detailer, you’ve got the exact same result?
Looks the same as Gyeon wet coat applied to glass ❓
No. Glass+ is a 2-in-1 cleaner and repellent. WetCoat isn’t meant to clean.
Does it degrade the wiper blades?
No
Wonder if it’d be a good booster for TW SnS because that stuff last a looong time on glass
How does Glass+ differ from "Rain-X" which has been around since forever?
How do you think this compares to the soft99 Glaco coatings in terms of performance? This is obviously easier to apply and I would expect it to last much shorter
You can’t compare this to a long lasting glass coating like Glaco Ultra. The competitor to that is Gyeon View glass coating.
Perhaps once a month is enough, so it doesn't cause streaking.
Awesome products Pan and great demonstrations! I have used a lot of Gyeon products and they never disappoint. Thank you for all of your hard work producing videos and creating content!
Awesome! Thank you! What’s your favourite product in their range?
I can't find the glass plus on their site.
It depends what country you are from. See the links in the description under the video.
In the USA, here: bit.ly/3UpjT4s
@@PanTheOrganizer SO I was lookong for the glass plus. Is the glass cleaner the same? Repels water?
I too had the haze.
Pan, I had a chat with the distributor of Gyeon products in the Netherlands. They strongly told me not to use Glass+ for the interior glass. So no cleaning windows or windscreen from inside using Glass+. They said use only Prep for that cleaning.
Is it safe to use Gyeon glass + on my new M4 11 inch OLED Apple iPad Pro screen? Thank you for sharing your knowledge and advice.
Not sure about non automotive use haha. I also bought the new iPad Pro M4 with Magic Keybord!! Congrate! Sweet machine.

Any difference vs rain x or quick beads or seal and shine?
Awesome video. I really love this kinda product.
Do you suggest to use it on an already cleaned glass (as in your video)?
For maximum performance I mean.
Yes. Wash your car and dry it. Then use this glass cleaner to finish.
I came across this video. What is the reasoning for this product not being available to people in the USA?
I don't know, you'd have to ask Gyeon...
i used Wet Coat, on my glass, and it did a perfect job. so why i should buy Glass+ ? is it marketing strategy? or Glass+ is more e ffective? do you have a comparison video?
WetCoat lasts a bit longer. But both are similar overall. If you want a better glass coating, that is longer lasting and works better on glass, get a glass specific sealant or coating. Gyeon has this one: amzn.to/47Lu2Oc
And this is my favourite DIY glass coating: amzn.to/3SQdikC

I do not understand why having no metal in the sprayer is a good thing. Plastics should break and wear faster than metal. Also, when you shook the glass+, product came out onto the window. For me, it would seem that the sprayer is a fail.
The glass+ seems to work pretty good though.
When you try that new sprayer in hand, you’ll see that it’s clearly better than the previous versions. No doubt.
Glass plus not available in US?
Yes it is, here: bit.ly/3UpjT4s

Quick view vs Flyby30

Thx Pan
Hello Pan .. i Stek ppf on my car .. do you advice me to use gyeon ceramic detailer .. thx
I would apply a PPF ceramic coating first. Like one of the following ones:
Gtechniq Halo coating: bit.ly/31bezuq
CarPro Skin coating: amzn.to/3eqgCgZ
See my PPF ceramic coating application tutorial here: ua-cam.com/video/7RCgqdGrvrA/v-deo.htmlsi=kWBHnGDIrocX1cLT
Would this work on side view mirrors to create hydrophobicity? If not, any recommendation to consider? Love your channel, keep it up.
I use steel wool then I use Soft99 glass compound. Dry windows then I use Nextzett glass sealant. Ceramic coating level of beading. I always get new wiper refills when I recoat every year.
Great review! I don’t see the product anywhere for sale.
It depends what country you are from. It’s not available everywhere just yet. Links in the description under the video.
If you're in the USA, here: bit.ly/3UpjT4s
What should i do if my wipers are starting to jumping after using these types of products?
Is this worth it over invisible glass for the value? I usually just use invisible glass then rain x.
It will be approximately the same overall effect except you save one step with Gyeon as it cleans and protects, and you’ll get a bit better hydrophobics with Gyeon.
Pan can You Compare this To Invisible Glass with Rain Repellent. Been Available in the States for many Years
Do you think adams is as good as gyeon mohs? I just gyeon mohs. I think it is more tacky to take off.
Gyeon is a superior coatings brand no doubt about it.
Is this safe for Lexan windshields?
I can't seem to find Gyeon Glass Plus anywhere including Gyeon USA, has the product been discontinued perhaps or am I just out of luck due to selling out? (Although it doesn't even come up)
I don't know what happened go Glass+ availability. Perhaps if Gyeon could chime in on this.
I contacted Gyeon USA and they responded today to say that Gyeon Glass+ has been discontinued here in the USA. Kind of a mystery.
Hmmm interesting. I wonder why?
for a good product with good quality and just overall want just the basics to make good work i have detailed professionally in the past for companies but now I am starting myself what can I do
I don’t understand your question.
Hey there sorry I copied my question from the last video but it cut off I’m asking about was what are the best basic tools and cleaners I can use that are cheap just to get by starting up my business
This Glass plus is not available anywhere in the US or Amazon. Why the link when it does not exist

It’s not on the Esoteric site either. I am thinking the US can’t have this. Lol

Hi Pan, Does the Quick view rain repellent just go on after cleaning with Gyeon Glass and does not need a compound like Glaco Ultra does? Richard
In my case I use the Kochchemie PW for all the car and the windows included works well in my case
I wanna ask you if I can use ethyl alcohol instead of isopropyl alcohol in decontamination process before nanoceramic application because I can't find the isopropyl alcohol in egypt where I live
how does it compare to glaco de cleaner?
hey pan, I heard this product has alcohol in it and in time alcohol can fade or discolor tint, is that true?
This is a product for exterior glass. The tinted film is on the interior of the glass.
Awesome video!!! Would you clean the glass with this first then with the prep then apply the gyeon q2 quick view?
@@PanTheOrganizer thank you for taking the time and explaining this. Appreciate you.

Hehehe "Bag it up!" I love it.
i'm sorry but something is not right here...i'm using the regular Gyeon Q2M Glass for 3 years now on my car and it has awesome water repelant properties....on the highway/motorway rain just beads off above 70km/h ...so much so that i don't have to use my wipers at all...in this demo it seams that Glass has no water repelent features at all....strange
Yeah the regular Gyeon Glass cleaner is very slick under the towel when wiping. So is the CarPro Clarify glass cleaner.
Hi- Great videos BTW.. I know you mentioned this can be used on touch screens and black gloss bits inside the car.. assuming this will work on lexan or polycarb specifically motorcycle windscreens and helmet visors ?
See how Gyeon recommends cleaning a motorcycle helmet and visor here: ua-cam.com/video/Cn8o8uaT6PY/v-deo.html
Cant find this anywhere.
It seems a nice product but I am not fully into clean+protect products
I need this in US. :[

@@PanTheOrganizer You rock!
This product seems a bit redundant when there are so many ceramic sprays pit there that can provide the same thing while lasting as long or longer. Only thing those sprays don't provide is cleaning ability, but you would have already cleaned the glass before applying anything anyway.
Some people like the 2-in-1 use and simplicity of products like this.
good
