Thanks for this.. I fell exactly in to the trap you outlined.. I held the button for 12 seconds and when it said "Pairing mode" thought that was for my phone and didn't realise that was for another helmet.. You have to keep the button pressed, after the 12 seconds, to get the configuration menu. Would have never figured that out from the setup guide... Many thanks!!

i nearly never answered to anything on youtube, but this video + your comment was just DOPE.... i spend months, no, years to find out how to connect to my new phone. tried so many hours and still using my old phone for the headset....
Press 12s, AFTER "pairing" hold the button 3more seconds to get into "configuration menu". Press +.... and its done. now i can find it on bluetooth.

Amazing that I have viewed many UA-cam vids and read numerous modifications needed to my s21 Samsung cell phone, and could not find the correct buttons to push to pair with my Neotec 2 helmet. My man, your video saved the day... you were very specific in your instructions and so easy to understand. I was trying for days to get this system working following the Sena videos where they were instructing to just hold the middle button to turn on the system, whereas you instructed to press both the +/middle button together, and I got my system working... the only problem is that, I bought this helmet used and I cannot get my system to connect to the bluetooth.. it will not pair.... which you said could happen, anyways, I'll keep trying.... Thank you for such a great video!

Thanks for the review. You saved me some time in setting this up. It wasn't the easiest of things to setup as I'm deaf so I couldn't hear the voice prompts from the internal speakers. Got there in the end. The internal speakers sit closely enough to my ears that I could use it with no real problems.

Thanks so much for this clear explanation. The Sena voice menu isn't intuitive, I stopped pressing when I heard the "headset pairing" voice alert thinking it was in pairing mode - rather than holding for a couple more seconds to wait for the configuration menu

I still can't pair mine. When I press the raised button for 12 seconds it goes red but nothing happens when I press the plus button within 2 seconds as per the instructions. I cant get it to flash red and blue. Also, when my phone does eventually find it, it says something like 'pairing not accepted' Any ideas? It's brand new and not been paired before. Thanks Stu

There is an app from Sena to make it "easier", but my phones are connected without any app, just by using Bluetooth.
