GOOD MORNING! This is a first impressions, (my apologies for not mentioning, I forgot), this will not be for everybody because it's pastel, and some ppl had issues with staying power with ND shadows. The cream to powder formula by nature is more emollient than your typical matte, so you probably need to use a drier primer, and use a dense shader brush for easier pick up.
I’d love to see Circe loco with the pastel palette. I bet those looks would be super fun! Not sure if this is my color story but the looks definitely made me curious. Thanks for the fantastic review!
As someone who likes colour and has a cooler undertone I appreciate this. Sunrise, sunset, bronze, Circo loco were not for me however is for the majority. I am happy she doesn’t just please the masses and keeps bringing out lots of variety. Compared to say a CT quad I think this is also good value. Great to pair with motherships.
Yes, this palette commits to the pastel color story, and I enjoy the shades included here. I also think it nice to have a palette that you can pair with others if you need to adjust the saturation.
The way you combine colours is just so inspiring, I'm usually stuck in monochrome or analogous looks but you really are a genius - and to be able to be that creative but also so thorough with the communication of the relevant information? On a scale of 1 to 10, my interest in this color story on myself is a 1, but I'm excited to see what you do with it. It looks like a great palette for people that are into pastels. I only do pastels in my Easter candy. 😋
I'd just like to say, you're a phenomenal beauty guru. You're organised and down to the point and you try new things. I wouldn't have tried the first combo because I would have been afraid of starlette being so dark, but when put together it looks beautiful! When I look at the palette, I can't picture it like that, so it's nice to see you try things I wouldn't. I need to play with my palettes more.

I’d be super interested in seeing more of this palette, I really like it but I just don’t know how to use the cream to powder with my synthetic brushes (I’m saving up for some natural hair ones but they’re still not on the cards for me); I really love you channel because you share that same thing Mel did where luxury makeup becomes super fun and relatable instead of something that seems unapproachable and I really love that about your channel and your personality. That first look! One of my old favs was Too Faced's Sweet Peach palette. My fav look from it was its Candied Peach matte with the Just Peachy shimmer - a dupe for the look with ND's Bellini matte with Starlet. I’m so happy to get that look with Natasha's quality.
So glad there are those repeats from tropic as I hummed and hawed about the tropic as I really only wanted the colourful shades. I'm hoping to grab this for myself for christmas, lol!
What a great review! I really want this palette and I watched some other reviewers who didn't seem to get the idea; they kept being disappointed they couldn't build the corner up to do a traditional blended dimensional eye. honestly I needed to see the comparisons so thank you! I was ALL over this palette last week as a ND stan and pastel lover but i have a LOT of pastels in the ND formulation as well as other singles Im fond of so ultimately do NOT need it.
I just pre-ordered this. I love pastels- usually just like to use only shades- inner corner/lid and the rest of the lid. So not super creative but the colors just make me happy. I think this will be fun to use with triochrome and sunrise. March is my birthday month so I am extra 😊. Alicia, you always do such a good job of showing what the shades really look like and how they perform. I also find it so helpful to see you compare the shadows to other shades by natasha. I really appreciate it!
I’m so obsessed with the color story! My palette has arrived 2 days ago and it’s so gorgeous! I’ve already made a couple of looks and I can’t get enough of these shades 😭 I love her creamy mattes formula for the pastels, cuz usually it tends to fall out a lot, I find it a perfect solution. Born in 1970, we had quite a pastel trend in the 80's when being a teenager, clothing pastel etc. Now i'm 51 years, and i don't see myself wearing this palette with my (khaki) green eyes, it's just not my colourstory. Yes to a mashup video with pastel and Circo loco and with pastel and monochromance ! Never been a pastel fan but these have me intrigued. I’m now also interested in Glaminatrix’s ice cream palette and I believe Blend Bunny Cosmetics also has a pastel row in one of their large palettes🤔 UA-camrs Karen Harris and Angelica Nyqvist may be able to offer comparisons all around to include those indie brands. Yours was the review that I was most looking forward to because we are just about the same skintone and pastels *scare* me nearly to death, as they can go Ash City on me. And as I expected, these would look downright peculiar with my odd mix of blue-green eyes, dark hair, and MAC NW30-35 complexion. You can pull these shades off beautifully due to your having dark eyes, though! Oddly enough, I have 3 out of my 4 grandparents with dark eyes, my Comanche grandmother had black-brown eyes, and just that 1 Irish grandmother's light eyes got me. How I wish I had my other grandma's eyes: as deep as night!
Thanks so much for a wonderfully in-depth review with fabulous looks. Pastels are beautiful, but they can go on a bit chalky or ashy on richer complexions (I’m a PMG 26). So, I’m not sure about this. I bought Hindash’s Monochromance and already have Triochrome and Circo Loco. But, the upcoming Sephora sale may cause me to at least give it a try.
Hey Hey! If you get pastel, you can use it as an accent palette with Circo Loco and Triochrome. Diety and Duet with Kinetic, Bubble with Electrick, Acrobat, or Magic. Zest with ion, Vert, and Scarab. Starlet will be lovely all over, and can be combined with the peachy shades from Triochrome.

I tend to like lay colors just straight on next to each other with minimal blending usually so this is intuitive for me. I tend to avoid the dark edge of the outer lid like so many people on youtube do.

If it's a lighter sort of colour rainbow you and handle them just like the more deep coloured like that Circo Loco, Alicia, you can handle all rainbows!!!! For me? Born in 1970, we had quite a pastel trend in the 80's when being a teenager, clothing pastel etc. Now i'm 51 years, and i don't see myself wearing this palette with my (khaki) green eyes, it's just not my colourstory. I have a limited budget and I don't think I'm going to buy it cause I m still earning for the 28 green-brown palette, but in the future I might buy it just for fun, it is a palette that make us to think outside the box, besides the midisize its a plus to make up our mind.

Yes to a mashup video with pastel and Circo loco and with pastel and monochromance ! Never been a pastel fan but these have me intrigued. I’m now also interested in Glaminatrix’s ice cream palette and I believe Blend Bunny Cosmetics also has a pastel row in one of their large palettes🤔 UA-camrs Karen Harris and Angelica Nyqvist may be able to offer comparisons all around to include those indie brands. Yours was the review that I was most looking forward to because we are just about the same skintone and pastels *scare* me nearly to death, as they can go Ash City on me. And as I expected, these would look downright peculiar with my odd mix of blue-green eyes, dark hair, and MAC NW30-35 complexion. You can pull these shades off beautifully due to your having dark eyes, though! Oddly enough, I have 3 out of my 4 grandparents with dark eyes, my Comanche grandmother had black-brown eyes, and just that 1 Irish grandmother's light eyes got me. How I wish I had my other grandma's eyes: as deep as night!
Thanks so much for a wonderfully in-depth review with fabulous looks. Pastels are beautiful, but they can go on a bit chalky or ashy on richer complexions (I’m a PMG 26). So, I’m not sure about this. I bought Hindash’s Monochromance and already have Triochrome and Circo Loco. But, the upcoming Sephora sale may cause me to at least give it a try.
Hey Hey! If you get pastel, you can use it as an accent palette with Circo Loco and Triochrome. Diety and Duet with Kinetic, Bubble with Electrick, Acrobat, or Magic. Zest with ion, Vert, and Scarab. Starlet will be lovely all over, and can be combined with the peachy shades from Triochrome.

i so appreciate the way you explain applications and combining colors you really bring the artist version to layman terms, you are just so talented and truly inspire me with the looks you create. I’m tempted to get this pallet it’s completely out of my comfort zone but Natasha‘s formula is a formula that can bring me out of my comfort zone, but I’m also afraid that I’m just gonna get it and its just gonna look pretty in my collection never be used lol. This new pastel eyeshadow palette from ND is amazing when I saw her first tutorial doing multicolored eyelook ,my heart say I want it ,but I hesitate whether this palette suits me or not after watching your review especially the first look that you've created its amazing, now a days Iam seeing few pastel color palettes from well known makeup companies,thank you dear for sharing your thoughts and doing wonderful color combination, my request is plz do an another quick video creating multiclolor eye look .thank you 🤗🤗🤗
I tend to like lay colors just straight on next to each other with minimal blending usually so this is intuitive for me. I tend to avoid the dark edge of the outer lid like so many people on youtube do.
